I was a little skeptical about getting a personal trainer because I didn't want to pay the money, but I don't regret anything about the training I have received and I look forward to my next training at the end of each training session.
I have tried many personal trainers before. Sanford is a different story. He started me with a whole week of capabilities evalauation and a slower pace witkout to check my capabilities. He gave me a meal plan to follow and he does my work out with me! Iam now at the end of week two and already 7 pounds down! My workout is jever dull and it changes daily! If the weather permits, we take it outside. If you want to make a change, Hire this guys!
Winfrey White is an excellent personal trainer. I have been training with him for three months and seen a significant change in my endurance, weight and energy level. He really tailors every workout to fit my needs. I truly look forward every week to my next session.
An excellent personal trainer. Matt makes working out fun. Matt is very good at being flexible and finding times that work for you. The workouts are also flexible, he works around your needs, what you want to accomplish, and what your ability to accomplish these tasks. The sessions are only thirty minutes which makes it hard not to find time to workout. I definitely recommend Funcfit if you are looking for a personal trainer. 10/10 would recommend.
I have had the opportunity to see Brian Lewis compete on the Physique stage, and he is one of the top athletes in the country. I also would say he is one of the top Personal Trainers/Coaches in the region as well. I highly endorse Brian in the profession of Fitness and Health!

So, there I was sitting on the couch in my living room unmotivated and exhausted. I was frustrated because I knew I was packing on the pounds and I needed to do something about it. I am a mother and a significant other with a full time job. I worked 60+ hours a week. Between that, regular household duties, and my son's extracurricular activities I already feel a bit overwhelmed at times. I thought "I need a personal trainer to get me motivated." I thought about the time and believed I owed it to myself. I thought about the money and had to remind myself all the hundreds of dollars spent on useless games and items spent on my other half and son and that I was worth the money too. I googled personal trainers, found thumbtack and saw that it would send potential trainers to me. From there I found Natalie and I must say it was an exceptional choice. Initially it was her professionalism and energy that made me believe she was the right choice. Six months and 47 pounds later I have found a coach that is motivating. Her meal plan has gave me a simple but healthy way to eat that transcends to the table at home for better options for my family. She pushes you and escalates your work out to a degree that gets results but doesn't have you limping around in pain. Any questions I have if she knows it she volunteers the information and if she doesn't know she will research it to get you an answer. She has been as passionate about my journey as I have and she doesn't hold punches if I get off the track that gets me results. She is consistent and overall has been the best decision I have made for myself in a long while. I have energy. I make me important and that better me has more to offer to my family and job. Natalie is truly a great choice . If you don't need to just lose weight but someone to help you create healthy habits and a way of life choose Natalie.
I knew immediately when I met Ben and did my first workout with him that I found the Personal Trainer that I've been wanting to find. Ben has created workouts that are tailored to me and are getting me the results I've been looking for. Not only is Ben someone with extreme fitness and resistance training knowledge he understands my needs and goals and has gone above and beyond to make sure they are met. He pushes me everyday to do my best and he is helping me become the fit/healthy person I want to be!

I don't have a lot of experience working with personal trainers but I know how intimidating it can be. Sasha and the other trainers at straight edge to make sure that you feel comfortable when you're working with them. Sasha goes above and beyond to teach you about the importance of eating right and how to make the changes fit into your life. She has been there and can speak from experience. She creates challenging routines but adapts each exercise to your fitness level. She is a great trainer and motivator.
Jill has been my personal trainer for 1 1/2 years and it is the first time I have ever been successful, healthy, and without injury. She is 1) aware of my age and physical ability, 2) knowledgeable of the fact that overweight people have to work at a different pace and adheres to the session appropriately. 3) while she offers encouragement along the way, she also pushes you to work hard and be successful. 4) she monitors my weight, will review food charts, offers suggestions on dietary intake, and offered a session on food and health that really got me kick started. Mainly because she never said the word "diet" rather emphasized lifestyle change. Jill is passionate about her job and it shows in the way she helps everyone at the gym, weather she is training you, teaching a class, or watching the floor, she is always there to help, assist and coach. I cannot express enough how thankful I am that she came into my life and has helped me throughout this challenge.
I trained with Brian for over a year at X3 before he left Atlanta. I was very sorry to see him go. From day 1 he impressed me with his very thorough technical knowledge and his attention to detail. Before living in Atlanta I trained for 5 years at Sweat in Orlando and thus have a high standard for personal trainers. Brian completely sold me on his skills from the first day. The sessions were immediately geared towards my goals, with complex, full body moves in the weight room and fast-paced cardio/bootcamp-style sessions meant to raise and lower heart rate in intervals. All the things I knew I had to do to get to my goals. I also noticed he kept notes of my progress so I had confidence that he was going to push and change things as progress dictated. He did in fact over time alter not just the weights but the sessions to adjust based on progress I was or was not making. He brought up nutrition from the first day, setting goals for me, setting up a tracking system, and was always very proactive about reviewing my food journals. He was never afraid to call me out on things I should be changing, which is good. You don't need a trainer to tell you what you want to hear! His meal service was on point. Very tasty food, lots of options, and cooked with a lot of attention to the ingredients, quality, and cooking methods. That was a very nice added bonus. I can't speak highly enough of Brian, he is an excellent personal trainer.
Caleb is by far among the best trainers you could hope to have. After just two sessions, my joints and muscles were feeling better. After using his techniques, he was able to rid me of my dreadful ankle brace that I have been dependent on for years. Literally no longer need it anymore. He is very professional and courteous, and a downright genuine person. I swear he makes you feel like you've known him for years lol. His slow and steady approach is what makes him an effective trainer. He doesn't jump right into it, he heals you from within first, by targeting your sore and tight muscles tissues and joints first. Once you are able to move better and more efficiently, he then focuses your training on fitness. That is what I respected most about him....his slow and steady approach. Trust me, you will want to kill him at first because he doesn't take it easy on you, but you will learn to love him for it. I know I did. Unfortunately with me being on the military, I came down on orders and had to move away. But if I could pack him away in my duffle bag and take him with me, I so would. Caleb is the REAL DEAL and you will not regret hiring this man for a better you. He is awesome!
