Kevin catered a brunch for the Jackson Timon's family reunion. Both the food and the presentation were wonderful and beyond my expectations. Additionally, the attentiveness and quality of service were Phenomenal . lastly, little things such as name plates, flowers, and most of all his presence to field questions and replenish food in a timely manner was a Luxury within its self. From the moment we contracted Edelina, we found her to be extremely well organized, responsive, and detail oriented - exactly what you would want in a wedding coordinator. We were trying to arrange the wedding ourselves and hired Edelina as our day-of coordinator. However, she went above and beyond to help us manage vendor contracts and answer all of the questions we had. Edelina also brought some of her junior planners to help facilitate the day and her whole staff was professional, friendly, and on top of things. We couldn't imagine how we could have pulled off our wedding without Edelina's experience and proactiveness. We highly recommend Edelina, you can't go wrong!

Initially Lynn was supposed to be my event decorator, in charge of the flowers and décor for my wedding. However, after only a few meetings, my husband and I were so impressed with how she went above and beyond her role, that we immediately asked if she could be our wedding coordinator and were so glad she said yes! Throughout the planning process Lynn was organized, detail-oriented, and always present. Since my husband and I work in NYC, it was difficult for us to find time to come down to DC to meet with wedding vendors. Lynn was always so gracious and would offer to meet with them on our behalf. Prior to our rehearsal dinner, Lynn met with the wedding party and went through individual timelines for everyone. During our wedding at the Dumbarton House, she was phenomenal in making sure everything flowed smoothly. She was very professional and charming, and our guests still comment on how great she was! Our wedding day was PERFECT, and I was a stress-free bride because of her (which is a huge accomplishment by the way :) We enthusiastically recommend Lynn to anyone who is planning a wedding or event!! -Nancy

I had the privilege of participating in my best friend's wedding, organized by Ms. Johnson. It was very well organized, elegant, and overall very enjoyable. I've dealt with wedding planners who make things more stressful and more complicated than needed but Ms. Johnson was very friendly with a simple and direct approach. She made everything as smooth as possible and quite honestly made it all look effortless, even though it was abundantly clear that she put in a monumental effort for this event. Some people are just naturally talented at organizing and remaining poised in the process and I would say that Ms. Johnson is one of those people. Participating in my best friend's wedding was one of the most memorable moments in my life thus far and thanks to Ms. Johnson, the memories I have from this event are the best they could've been. Thank you Ms. Johnson for doing such a great job and I hope that anyone reading this who is looking to plan a wedding will hire Ms. Johnson without hesitation.
Lily did a phenomenal job with our wedding celebration! We had a party to celebrate our surprise nuptials with our friends and family. We hired Lily about 2 months before the celebration. I had already worked out some details of the event myself before she was hired. Lily interviewed me extensively to find out exactly what I wanted. She took the things that I had already done and incorporated them with her ideas. She works super hard. Often times, we'd email well after midnight. She and her team are creative, pay attention to detail, super flexible, and very easy to do business with. About a week before the party, I changed my mind about the caterer that I wanted to use. Lily rolled with the punches like it was nothing. She made a ton of recommendations along the way to help save me money. When I was stressed through the process, she handled it in stride and with such a calm manner. Our party guests were also extremely complimentary of her and her team. If you are considering an event planner, I highly recommend Wild Lillies! They will make your dream event a reality!
Wow- I'm so impressed by Shovana and her team that I wish I could have them work my wedding in New York! Incredible to work with. From our first meeting, I could tell we were in good hands. She put great thought and detail into decorating for our school's prom. Worth every penny. Will absolutely be calling on EA again in the future. Highly recommend!!
I hired Stephanie to help me plan my parents' 30th wedding anniversary. To be honest, I've never hired an event planner so I don't really have a comparison. I also don't plan events (at least not big ones). Since I wanted to make sure this event was perfect, I decided to hire someone who knew what they were doing. From the start, Stephanie was professional, courteous, and informative. Before coming up with a plan, she listened intently as I described my parents and what I thought would make this anniversary party perfect for them. She asked a lot of questions and I felt like she really got a good idea of what I was looking for before starting to share some suggestions. She had a lot of great ideas right off the bat and brought up aspects of the party that I had not even considered. In the run up to the party, Stephanie stayed in close contact and was always available to chat or answer my questions. That was probably one of the best parts of working with Stephanie - the communication. On the day of the party, I thought I'd be running around like crazy and worrying about all of the details. Luckily, I didn't have to do that! Stephanie handled the logistics of vendors and made sure everything was going as planned. She even dealt really well with my family, who can be a little overwhelming at times. Overall, the party was amazing and my parents were overjoyed - not just because so many of their loved ones showed up, but because the whole party really captured their personality and love. It was really amazing. Stephanie is a creative planner who is organized and stays on top of things. I'm not sure if I'll be throwing any other parties in the future, but if I do, I know exactly who I'll be calling!
I hired CiBella Events to assist with day of event coordination for my 10 year high school reunion in October of 2016. Ciara and team held regular calls with me leading up to the event to ensure all of my vendors were locked in and sound, and did a phenomenal job of ensuring that the day ran completely smooth. My biggest fear was not being able to enjoy my reunion, but no worries with CiBella Events, as they took great care of every single detail, including making sure I had a cocktail in hand. My classmates and I had a ball, one for the books for sure, all thanks to CiBella Events. K.Chic Events did our family reunion which was incredible and in the making for a year! KISHA kept all family members abreast to what was going on since a lot of the family lived out of town! Kisha even went out of her way to handle lounging for some of the family. That was a major plus.The food,decorations,DJ was absolutely fabulous!! Kisha even had a few surprises for us (the family) with shirts with every member name on it,celebrating my mothers' birthday, plus my 40th wedding anniversary! Kisha professionalism was incredible! She is the cake pop queen. My 4 year old daughter and everyone at her pre-school was very impressed with the decorations and how deliciously moist the Elmo cake pops were. She's a wonderful event planner and a great baker!!
