Sanford is absolutely amazing! He is professional and dedicated and truly cares about his clients and their goals. He is very knowledgeable about exercise/training and the science behind working out. Always showing up on time and never missing a session, he encourages you throughout each workout and pushes you to your limits. I always leave his gym feeling great! He changes up routines, which is great for both your muscles and keeping the workouts interesting. He quickly learns about you as an individual and tailors workouts specific to your needs and likes. He doesn't only train you, but works out WITH you like a workout partner. This not only makes me feel like I can do it, it allows me to learn proper form for each exercise. I have been working out with Sanford for a couple of weeks now and I am already developing strength and definition, which is a goal of mine. You will not be disappointed giving Sanford a call! Not to mention...he plays great music!
Progress Fitness Trainer Winfrey White is the best. I have always wanted a Personal Trainer but was too shy to commit. Winfrey made me feel comfortable training with him and comfortable with my body. I joined on September 18, 2014 and today is 11/16/2014 and I am down to a size 4 on my way to church . Excited about exercising , weight training, eating right and drinking water. The workouts are challenging and Winfrey is serious about his clients meeting their goals. Dedication and determination is the tools he uses, Thanks Winfrey.
Awesome workouts! You don't get stuck doing the same routine each time. Very flexible scheduling to match your needs. One on one training to push you, but not break you. Focus on how to move correctly and not just throw weights. Highly recommend!
Brian is my current trainer getting me to my goal of getting to compete in my second Ironman triathlon. With the training and diet plan, I will be in much better condition for this one than I was for my first Ironman. Thanks Brian!
Jamie is absolutely awesome. Each session I've had with her is different. I love how she spices it up every time we meet. She's taught me so many things I can do to tone with a stability ball and weights. When she notices that I'm struggling to finish a set, she's right there beside me motivating me, cheering that I can do it. With her motivation, I do finish it and it feels so good. I don't believe you could ever find the expertise and professionalism that Jamie has to offer at a typical gym. She designs my workout specifically for me. Jamie not only does physical training, but she also educates you on nutrition. She helps you figure out how much calories you should be taking in on a daily basis on workout days and non workout days. I would recommend Jamie to anyone I know, whether it is someone just wanting to shed a few pounds for a wedding or a person who is really ready to make that lifestyle change and loose a lot of weight. Since starting my sessions with Jamie, I feel better physically and mentally. I look forward to each session I have with her.
Ben is a wonderful trainer. He builds not only your strength and endurance but also your confidence. I have completed 4 sessions so far and can really feel a difference due to the bodyweight exercises and hard work. My friend and I workout together and it has truly been a great experience so far and I would absolutely recommend this program through Ben to anyone who is looking for motivation and a challenge.

Caleb is by far among the best trainers you could hope to have. After just two sessions, my joints and muscles were feeling better. After using his techniques, he was able to rid me of my dreadful ankle brace that I have been dependent on for years. Literally no longer need it anymore. He is very professional and courteous, and a downright genuine person. I swear he makes you feel like you've known him for years lol. His slow and steady approach is what makes him an effective trainer. He doesn't jump right into it, he heals you from within first, by targeting your sore and tight muscles tissues and joints first. Once you are able to move better and more efficiently, he then focuses your training on fitness. That is what I respected most about him....his slow and steady approach. Trust me, you will want to kill him at first because he doesn't take it easy on you, but you will learn to love him for it. I know I did. Unfortunately with me being on the military, I came down on orders and had to move away. But if I could pack him away in my duffle bag and take him with me, I so would. Caleb is the REAL DEAL and you will not regret hiring this man for a better you. He is awesome!

Your personal trainer constantly strives to find the right workout for your skill levels and physical ability. I have a disadvantage due to an accident and Colleen has been great giving me exercises that fit within my physical capacity. She pushes you to do your very best! She has helped me increase my strength over the past few months as well as reduce my stress. I am very pleased with results and highly recommend this service.

Great experience lost 6lbs in two weeks. Always available for questions will work to suit your abilities and needs (mobility, meal plans, etc.) Pricing is great and he is willing to work with you as far as location. Lastly his appearance is reassuring that he knows what fit is. Unlike another trainer I had that looked like he needed more training than me so that was over before it started. I like to get to know who I am working with so learning my trainer multiple skills and certifications was a PLUS. Sold!!!

Im going to leave an honest review. I've known Chris for ten years, he's married to my best friend. I saw the transformation he made to himself and his lifestyle and seeing his journey first hand is part of the reason I knew he could help me. I had lost a child and wanted to escape the post partum body I'd felt betrayed by and I needed an outlet to help my mind at the time. Cris took me on as a client and it's the best decision I could have made for my life. I genuinely look forward to my sessions, I leave every single day feeling empowered mentally and physically. I've worked with trainers in the past so my review is based on that comparison. Cris will listen to you, he will talk things through if you need to, he explains exactly what the work out is and the why and how it works. I'm clueless about gym equipment, but after our sessions I am way more confident that not only would I not be intimidated if I went to a gym on my own, but that hes teaching me the right form so that I'd actually be using the equipment correctly and efficiently. Cris would be a great trainer for a range of clients because he's not going to intimidate anyone. Will he push you? Yes. Will you be grateful for it? Yes. If you're someone whose intimidated by trainers or the gym but desperately wants to make a change-he's the trainer for you. I can't recommend him enough. On top of all of that he's a good person you can trust with a phenomenal family who works ridiculously hard. You won't regret a penny of it & your body & mind will thank you.
