I was a little skeptical about getting a personal trainer because I didn't want to pay the money, but I don't regret anything about the training I have received and I look forward to my next training at the end of each training session.
I have used Sanford as my personal trainer he came to my home and along with all of his help motivation dedication and commitment to his Clients I waa able to lose 29 pounds in 2 months I could never have done that without Sanfords help he is awesome and lol not bad om the eyes either ladies lol I'm just saying no really all jokes aside he is a great trainer and if your looking for that little help to stimulate your metabolism he has great supplements he can recommend as well and they sure helped give me that extra push and helped me with endurance ask him about the mango ones they are delicious!!!You won't be disappointed money well spent you better catch him now while he still has reasonable rates before a celebrity steals him thanks Sanford Kasandra P....

An excellent personal trainer. Matt makes working out fun. Matt is very good at being flexible and finding times that work for you. The workouts are also flexible, he works around your needs, what you want to accomplish, and what your ability to accomplish these tasks. The sessions are only thirty minutes which makes it hard not to find time to workout. I definitely recommend Funcfit if you are looking for a personal trainer. 10/10 would recommend.
I was referred to Straight Edge Fitness by a friend after not being satisfied with using a personal trainer at a larger gym earlier in the year. Making the decision to become a client was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. I have been pushed harder both physically and mentally than I ever thought I was capable of and have learned so much about how important nutrition is when it comes to transforming your body. I initially had only planned on training for a couple of months, but within a matter of weeks of starting, I decided to go full force and train for a fitness competition in 2014. Joe and Brian are amazing at what they do and I can't say enough good things about them. They are the only personal trainers in the Hampton Roads area that I would ever recommend.
Jamie was such a supportive, caring, and motiving personal trainer. Everyday was something new and she really pushed me. She really made my first personal trainer experience the best. I would 100% recommend her to anyone.
I began training with Ben Jan 30, 2015 from our first meeting he has been very knowledgeable about how the muscles in the body work and what muscles I needed to work in order to get great cardio output to promote weight loss and tone my muscles. Ben took the care to make sure my form was correct so that I didnt risk getting injured during the work out and explained along the way why the exercise was beneficial. In addition to exercising ben also took an interest in my nutritional habits and offered ways I can boost my workout and metabolism through the foods I ate. He also recommended an exercise App and demonstrated numerous exercises that I could do at home so that each session would be beneficial and build on what he has taught. I highly recommend Ben as a personal trainer especially if you want to get educated on muscle proficiency and gain self-awareness when it comes to food and exercise habits. Dont worry He is very patient and wont bite!

Sasha explained in detail about their program, my fitness goals, and what she could do to help me meet/exceed those goals. I have been working with Sasha for 6 weeks now and love every minute of it. Jill has been my personal trainer for 1 1/2 years and it is the first time I have ever been successful, healthy, and without injury. She is 1) aware of my age and physical ability, 2) knowledgeable of the fact that overweight people have to work at a different pace and adheres to the session appropriately. 3) while she offers encouragement along the way, she also pushes you to work hard and be successful. 4) she monitors my weight, will review food charts, offers suggestions on dietary intake, and offered a session on food and health that really got me kick started. Mainly because she never said the word "diet" rather emphasized lifestyle change. Jill is passionate about her job and it shows in the way she helps everyone at the gym, weather she is training you, teaching a class, or watching the floor, she is always there to help, assist and coach. I cannot express enough how thankful I am that she came into my life and has helped me throughout this challenge.
Brian is an exceptional personal trainer. While training with him over several months, he was able to make exercising on a regular basis not just bearable for me, but also fun and rewarding. He's very knowledgeable and easy to speak with openly. He truly cares about his clients' health and well-being, and understands that everyone has different fitness needs. As a result, I have not just met my fitness goals, I have exceeded them. I feel very lucky to have found someone who has been such a great motivator, and believe me, it shows. Caleb is by far among the best trainers you could hope to have. After just two sessions, my joints and muscles were feeling better. After using his techniques, he was able to rid me of my dreadful ankle brace that I have been dependent on for years. Literally no longer need it anymore. He is very professional and courteous, and a downright genuine person. I swear he makes you feel like you've known him for years lol. His slow and steady approach is what makes him an effective trainer. He doesn't jump right into it, he heals you from within first, by targeting your sore and tight muscles tissues and joints first. Once you are able to move better and more efficiently, he then focuses your training on fitness. That is what I respected most about him....his slow and steady approach. Trust me, you will want to kill him at first because he doesn't take it easy on you, but you will learn to love him for it. I know I did. Unfortunately with me being on the military, I came down on orders and had to move away. But if I could pack him away in my duffle bag and take him with me, I so would. Caleb is the REAL DEAL and you will not regret hiring this man for a better you. He is awesome!

Your personal trainer constantly strives to find the right workout for your skill levels and physical ability. I have a disadvantage due to an accident and Colleen has been great giving me exercises that fit within my physical capacity. She pushes you to do your very best!
