- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Online - $250/month 1 session in person per week - $350/month 2 sessions in person per week - $700/month 3 sessions in person per week - $1050/month 4 sessions in person per week - $1400/month 5 sessions in person per week - $1750/month When we meet for your free consultation, we will discuss my various pricing options to find a plan that fits your budget and goals. Included in your monthly price will be extra workouts to do on your own and full nutrition coaching. All training is done at Total Access Fitness, located at 5705 Lynnhaven Parkway. A $30/month membership fee is required to access the facility 24/7
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are interested in training, please reach out for a free consultation and assessment. I would love to sit down with you and hear about your daily life, exercise habits, nutrition habits, stress, and sleep. These are all factors that go into transforming your body and I like to know all these things before I build you a personalized program. This also will allow you to see if you think we would be a good fit for each other, you can see my facility, and you can show me your pet pictures if you have any. Just kidding...maybe. Your assessment will be a short workout where I can watch you do certain exercises to see how you move, allowing me to program anything that might need a bit of correcting. Not only do I want you to look your best, but I always want you to move and feel better than you ever have.
