Tyler is amazing!!! He is terrific at tailoring training to your specific needs. What I particularly like about Tyler is he isn't a person who would always go "all out" on your workout routine, but pays particular attention to avoid any injuries, and is really knowledgable about how to address past injuries (e.g., I had an elbow injury in the past and Tyler was perfect at ensure my workout would be cognizant of that).

I started working with Jeremy, June 2016. My son was getting married that November, and I hoped to loose 10 pounds. Jeremy guided my diet (setting total calories, protein, fat and CARBS). We also had a weekly training session. Well, in this time frame, I lost 20 pounds and 17 inches!!! I have kept the weight off for an entire year. My continued work with Jeremy has resulted in increased strength and toning. Not bad for a 60+ year old woman. I highly recommend Jeremy as your trainer.

She is energetic, knowledgeable and focused on us as clients. She has worked with me at mat, barre, reformer, ball and chair and she has shown exceptional ability to adapt each of these tools and methods to get the best out performance and results out of me. Further to my Pilates, she has advised me on numerous occasions relative to my physical structure in addressing various muscle groups and joints. I became interested in boxing after going to LesMills BodyCombat classes the last couple years and wanted to learn about the real deal. As a female this seemed somewhat intimidating but it was a great decision. Every lesson with King my abilities and limits are pushed, which is always rewarding in the end. He has taught me so much about technique, strength and determination. I always look forward to my next lesson and would recommend King to anybody who is willing to learn and work hard!

Lissy is very supportive, knowledgeable and engaging in teaching a new Pilates student the techniques of the exercises. I have taken a series of private sessions with her, and continue to do so, and she comes to each session prepared and energized to help me along. I cannot prove it, but anecdotally these sessions have helped my golf game freeing up my hips and torso to do a good swing. Really.
