To begin, I was really frustrated with the communication. I had a time slot, and about 30 minutes prior to the slot expiring, I hadn't seen or heard from my pro. So I contacted Miss Lynn. She then told me the pro was stuck on another job that had an emergency and we were able to reschedule for the next morning. Not a big deal, but I was annoyed that I had to initiate the conversation and had been at home waiting for almost 3 hours. The next morning, the pro was almost 2 hours late for our reschedule. I was about to give up when he finally arrived. I was again annoyed that I had been waiting since 8am but he began to work promptly. His work was solid, and he was a very nice guy. Ultimately, we decided to schedule him to come back for additional work. In conversation, I was able to understand that Miss Lynn is essentially a scheduling help for a co-op of many independent service provider pros. So it makes sense that there's not really a name of a company, and that her communication is essentially delayed as a third party. Ultimately, because their bid was the the best, we took a chance. And it worked out for us. (This bid was much more reasonable than the $4000+ bid I got from a Plumbing Company on Yelp). But if I had to share some constructive feedback, I would say Miss Lynn and her team could use some profile cleaning up for clarification and professionalism to help us consumers understand that this is in fact an agency / co-op. And that in the future, giving a phone # for direct contact with the pro would help alleviate some issues. Don't count on them to be on time, but you can count on a strong bid and quality work.
