Worked with Dmitry, Kirill, and crew to add an office to our third floor in Seattle, WA. We already had a rooftop deck so this was a unique project and they really crushed it.
The work was fast, communication was clear, and I really felt like the team did an amazing job making sure that all the pieces came together high quality even if that meant more work on their part. I would highly recommend getting a bid from this crew if you are considering a project.

We considered a couple of crews to remodel our basement space. Work order included floor/door changes in the living space plus adding a bathroom and 1 more office room. We selected AG CONSTRUCTION and very happy with the choice. From the very inception to the completion of the project, we had 5 star quality service. The team spent time with us to understand what we were looking for and modified the order and the quote based on our requests. They walked us through the estimates to make sure we understand what needs to be done. When the project started, we communicated via a group chat to make sure we discuss open issues and move forward as quick as we can. As part of the project, we had heavy construction / structural work requiring custom parts and the team finished it flawlessly. Eugene was flexible to accommodate some of our later requests as we decided to include a few more work items. He showed integrity when a few minor things didn't go as planned. Overall, I feel we build trust and currently discussing future projects together.

The crew at AG Construction & Remodeling helped us remodel our kitchen, floors across the home, 3 bathrooms, and stairs and also demolished 1 wall and relocated another wall. We are extremely happy with the outcome (detail-oriented, high quality work). The team was very responsive to our needs and design sensibilities, professional, and worked around several complications in the house (asbestos, old plumbing) and city inspectors. They were transparent about pricing and we were able to buy our own materials (tiles, cabinets, countertops, flooring), where needed. We would highly recommend working with them for your next home project!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to obtain as much detail as possible from every potential job. We prefer to examine the property/project to ascertain what exactly is entailed to achieve the best end results for our customers.
We do not provide pricing on-site. After receiving complete information from the client or performing a site visit, it will take us at least 24 hours, depending on the size of the project, to provide pricing.
This allows us to offer our customers the best possible price and avoid adding extra costs in the end.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process looks like this:
1. After reviewing project details with a customer on-site, we deliver a professionally written estimate within 24 hours.
2. A written contract will be signed Once we and the customer agree.
3. The project is started, and the customer is given a completion date.
4. Once the project is complete, upon customer satisfaction, final payments are made upon customer satisfaction.
Throughout the whole process, customers will be updated about everything going on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crews have 5+ years of experience in the construction remodeling industry. Each company member has a specialty, whether it’s a tiler, painter, or carpenter. Аnd plumbers and electricians are not only pros but are licensed. So you will have true professionals working on your project!
