I had a huge problem with my books before going to seek a CPA firm who can help me. I was too trusting when people tell me they are who they are and that they can do what they say they can do. Let me tell you that from that experience, I will be cautious when people just say things without history of good deeds. Before I went to William Bratton, CPA, I had 2 former bookkeepers who were not upfront with me regarding my records. Not only did they mess up, destroyed and lost my records, when I wanted them back, they refused to give them back to me. William Bratton took charge of reconstructing my Payroll Records and getting me caught up with filing to IRS and State agencies. William was very, very helpful with imparting information to me. He was also very helpful in getting my records (or whatever was salvaged and kept by the two people I trusted, the dreaded bookkeepers) back by calling on favors from his police officer friends. NOW, THAT IS GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND A CPA’S DUTIES. I will definitely continue to use William as my accountant from now on. Do I recommend him? You betcha.
