Coach Z is well versed in his education with nutrition, kinesiology, and exercise science. He pushes you while encouraging you. He's been training my bf and I for a couple of months now and we have seen amazing results and improvement. He doesn't just focus on the weight he takes the time to really make sure you're doing the exercises correctly and looking at the long term goal. Coach also wants to make sure you're personal goals, outside of the physical, and ensure those are met too and he also wants to help with those. He's an exceptional trainer with years of experience. Holly is an upbeat and supportive motivator she has set me up with workout goals, offers nutritional tips, and even shares recipes and workouts to do on my own! Workouts are exhilarating and challenging--I am doing more than I ever thought I could do. Body Transformations is more than lifting heavy weights--it's form, flexibility and strength!! As someone who prefers happy hours over the gym, I was definitely in need of a health overhaul. I could only handle a shorter 30 - 45 minute workout and thought the P90 program would be a good fit since I could basically use my own body weight as the "gym". Drahoslav was extremely patient, encouraging, funny and motivating. He ramped up my workouts progressively, so my body had time to adjust. On top of that, he set me up with a daily nutrition plan, as I found I needed the proper meals to sustain the workouts. I saw results so quickly and am grateful I found such a qualified trainer in Drahoslav!
I ended up meeting Mi as my personal trainer and I was exremely happy with the way he understood my goal and constantly working with me to help my goals. I have a lower back problem and cervical spine issues. So I was not so flexible in lifting weights and working out. Mi helped me in identifying my weak spots and teaching me different ways to build strength in those areas. I was able to do more and different workout than I used to do before. He is really a cool guy to work with and is serious about his clients. I strongly recommend him.

I trained with the supervision of Daniel Marinello for upwards of 2 months. The time spent with Dan in the gym was nothing short of a life change for me, where he pushed and coached me mentally and physically to better myself. He always had professional and scientific advice on which exercises to do and never hesitated to answer any of my questions. Of all the great things to say about Dan, his attention to detail, work ethic, and encyclopedic knowledge of the body stood out as his best qualities as my trainer. A trainer, a coach, and a friend - Dan is without a doubt the best physical trainer I have had in my life.
So I had just moved to Seattle from sunny SoCal and found myself in a horrible rut that typically found me on my couch curled up with my dogs and best friend Ben & Jerry's... I think it was right around Halloween when I scrolled by Curt's Facebook ad. I answered and a day or so later heard back from Curt Ligot, and at that point he honestly changed my life. I had pushed the scale at 236lbs, and was being told by my doctor that I had tested with border line diabetes with levels at 6.4. I didn't really have a local support system, knew no one and was starting a new job in a new city and rather down in the dumps. My knees hurt, my back was sore and had gotten real lazy. Living in Kent, I was hesitant on the drive to Beacon Hill to see what Curt was working with. However, I got a good feeling from talking with him and felt a level of comfort so I decided to go in and give it a try, heck it was a free session with a trainer. I had sessions in the past (LA Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness, Bally's, Gold's) with trainers and all were basically the same. Do lots of cardio and train on this program that everyone else they coach are on, and no need to listen to what the client wanted or was telling was ailing them. So to meet with Curt and in one session know this was something I had to put all my heart and soul into, it was different. He listened to me about my aching knees, sore back and all my employees that lead to a daily migraine headache. Obviously abs are made in the kitchen just as much as they are in the gym. But things seemed to happen quicker with LTS. Not only did my knees feel better, I had more energy and desire to eat healthier. I talked to Curt during my sessions on food, and health ideas out of the gym. It was awesome and just as important as the sessions. He gave me tips and pointed out a couple key factors I would've never thought were not the healthiest choices to eat. I could seriously go on and on about how beneficial this program is/was to me. Whether you work with Curt or Jared you will get a great attitude, complete attention, 100% support, motivation, advice and all in an environment that makes you want to learn and grow as a person. Before you know it my twice a week visits went to 4 times a week, and the drive from Kent was never an issue I welcomed it. Working with LTS helped me reduce my body fat from 28% to the 18% range, my doctor flipped out when 9 months later I was testing at 5.3 range and completely in the healthy range, see you later diabetes!! Oh and not to mention I now hover in the 185 - 195lbs in weight, I stayed dessert free for over 200 days with the help of Curt and team. My new lifestyle of exercise and eating healthy is now who I am. Working with LTS has aided in my ability to become stronger both mentally and physically. Most importantly, he believes in me. There's not a day that goes by that I turn down any chance to be challenged. It is those challenges that keep me motivated and keep me wondering what's next in line to conquer. Maryliah is an amazing personal trainer. I have been working out with her for 6 months, and my body and mind are so much better for it! She is a great coach: encouraging, supportive, enthusiastic. Paul is an outstanding and knowledgeable trainer and nutritionist who I have recommended to many friends. He's able to create custom fitness and meal plans based on your personal goals and requirements. Before I started working with Paul I injured my neck and would experience a lot of pain after I did weight training. Paul was able to recommend physical therapy exercises to help heal my injury, and then he created a workout plan tailored to my body to help avoid inflaming my injury. It allowed me to meet my goal of building muscle without aggravating my neck injury. He also crafted a nutrition plan that worked for me, based on my dietary preferences and ideology. He worked with me to modify the plan and would check in with me regularly to ensure I was sticking with it. If there was something I didn't like about the plan he would adjust it so I enjoyed it more, ensuring I hit my goals.
Working out and especially using weights used to be something I didn’t believe I was capable of. The foundational information Peter has taught me has allowed me to feel safe and get the most benefit out of my workouts. It also showed me that weight training wouldn’t make my body bulky or huge. I met Elmer 9 months ago when he coached my base camp at Crossfit Deliverance. When I established a steady routine 3 months ago, I sought him out for 1:1 coaching and training impressed by the initial experience. Elmer is exceptional in teaching technique and helping people reach their fitness goals. His background in physical therapy and CrossFit experience/credentials make him a solid personal trainer. My form and mobility have improved significantly since working with him. I'm able to lift more weight (correctly) and feel confident about what I'm doing in my workouts.
