Anthony worked on my project and gave helpful insights into other options I could do and was very understanding when I asked to change the scope of work half way through... Dave was awesome also, will definitely hire again because they made the whole experience easy and under budget
Another great contractor. Excellent value for money, commitment to deliver the highest quality service, courteous, communicates well, and is always on time. Fixed more than what was specified by us and suggested changes to our plan, all without overselling. Last coat still left. I will upload pictures once the final coat is complete. Really grateful to these guys for their time.
I don't normally take the time to write a review, but in this case, my experience with Patrick at Glacier Peak was so exceptional I wanted to pass along the reference. Patrick is a highly skilled concrete contractor who is reliable, hard working and honest. I hired him for my 4-stall driveway paving and he did not disappoint. His quality work speaks for itself and I found his bid to be market competitive (I received 4 or 5 bids before selecting Patrick). If you're looking for a concrete contractor in the Seattle area, you'd be hard pressed to find better than Glacier Peak.
Formed and poured ~4ft x 10ft. concrete slab and step. It came out beautifully. They were very easy to work with. Ezequiel listened to my requests and instructions and dealt with all without a hitch... and with a smile. Very nice light broom finish on the concrete. Very nice edging and seams. Quick and responsive. Price was reasonable for the work performed. I couldn't be happier.
Very hard working guys and they went extra mile to help me fix my fence. Excellent quality of the concrete work. Highly recommended for your project!
Axel is a good young contractor that owned up to his reputation. On a personal level he was courteous and kind. Like all contractors, he gets busy and getting to the job on time is challenging, but he came through in the end. Thanks Axel!
Amazing work. My project was completed on time despite their busy schedule and I must say it was the best contractor experience ever. I was pleased how they made me feel I had no worries with their positive and friendly service. The project was a challenging request but these guys got it done with precision and quality. I have hired many contractors, I can say I will always be referring and hiring these guys for any future projects. Just amazing workmanship and service.
Was professional in every way. Did what he said he would do when he said he would do it and did a beautiful job. I will hire him again for other flooring work. We had a very good experience with Pro Flooring.
Floor Coverings International was an exceptional company to work with. Not only were they on time, the quality and communication was exactly what I expected when working with a contractor. They have multiple samples and installed tile, carpet and hardwoods in our home! I would definitely recommend this company for your all of your flooring needs.
I was concerned about how the retaining wall. I fretted over it a little. They said don't ever worry about talking about any concerns we had. After they explained I was much relieved. My wife and I are beyond just satisfied. Great to have a contractor like Gil.
I would give 3.5 stars, if Thumbtack allowed it (rounded up) I hired Sam to pour an 11’x34’ patio in my back yard Area used to be part yard, part patio. Demoed the area myself. Cost: Sam wasn’t the most expensive nor the cheapest of the 4 quotes I received on Thumbtack. All were within $500 of one another. Pros: Sam and his crew are a nice group guys. Good price. Finished Patio looks good. Cons: Messy, spilt concrete in a couple place on my yard (he replaced the sod), on my french doors and spots on the house (took me an 1hr to pressure wash off) and in a couple spots along the walk way (dug up). There was also framing nails and cigarette butts left in the yard. The communication between us could have been better. Hire Again. I would as long as he promised the crew would pick up after themselves.
Bill was on time and immediately responded when I would contact him. I hired Evagreen to demo a 20x30 concrete slab and remove some large bushes and yard waste. He completed the work over two consecutive days. He was fairly priced within the market and I enjoyed working with him. Would hire again.
I needed to remove an old retaining wall that was falling down and rotting. It was made of railway ties and was 70' long and 5-6' high. Julio and his crew did a great job without complaining. The job turned out to be much bigger than anticipated. All the work had to be done by hand including the removal of 80 old HEAVY ties from a steep hill. They also had to carry most of the stone and fill in 5 gallon buckets due to the location of a shed and the collapsing hillside. The wall itself collapsed adding to the difficulty. Add to that the nasty cold and rainy weather and it was not fun. They replaced the wall with new 6x6x8 treated landscape timber and reinforced it with posts in concrete. They also installed a drainage system which the first wall did not have. Throughout it all, they had a tremendous attitude and were promising that the job would get done and that they wanted to do it right. Julio did not ask for more money than his bid(even though the job probably took twice as long as planned). I did voluntarily give him additional funds. It was well worth it and the wall looks great. I now have confidence that my shed and house will not be sliding down the steep hill into the creek.
They did a great job on my concrete project. Would hire them again.
Jorge and his crew did a really nice job for a very reasonable price. They installed insulation, hung and taped drywall (with a smooth finish), painted the exterior and painted the interior of a garage-turned-studio / workshop. I am a bit of a 'perfectionist on a budget'... so probably the most annoying kind of customer to work with. And while I did have to make a few requests throughout the job that I thought were sort of obvious (like covering the garage doors in plastic because the black exterior paint was misting on them), they were always very accommodating and wanted me to be satisfied with the project. So just be very specific at the beginning about your expectations and tell Jorge if anything comes up that you're not satisfied with, and I'm sure you'll be pleased with the end result. One example... the floor was left with white drywall dust and mud splatters on the concrete (even though I had mentioned that it was our final flooring and not going to be covered up), and when I texted Jorge about it, his wife called me right away and they came over that evening to scrub it clean. They are really nice people to work with, and it's apparent that they care about their customers. I would work with them again on future projects.
