Sean showed up when he says he would, is knowledgeable, safety conscious, and his prices are reasonable. He listened to me when I told him what I wanted in the way of service and he followed through. Also, he found several loose gutters and he re-attached them. I had assumed he would pressure wash my roof to rid it of moss, but He told me that pressure washing reduces the life of roofs. I researched this and found he was absolutely correct, so I agreed on his solution in treating the roof with zinc sulfate. (It takes longer but it doesn't destroy the roof. The treatment is also more effective in preventing/slowing down further moss growth. Sean will return in a few months to sweep off the dead moss and sprinkle down a second treatment of zinc sulfate.

I'm currently working on a degree in Accounting. I try to keep up on the current industry standards as well as safety and business regulations. Having safety protocols in place is important especially when working on a ladder or a roof.
