He arrived when he said he would, fully aware that I was not ready to have the work done at present. Jesse proceeded to do a thorough inspection of the home and took time to answer any questions I had. His inspection was truly a free service- no strings, no pressure, no sales pitch. While on site he was professional and cordial, showed respect for the property and was focused on the task at hand. He produced a detailed report in a timely manner along with a reasonable estimate. I have worked with a lot of trades people and can say from experience that Jesse is exceptional with regard to his commitment to service.
