"Chris listened to my health/flexibility issues (i.e., stiffness in hips from golfing) and instructed me on several different exercises using various equipment to strengthen my gluts/legs/core for better mobility/flexibility. Great to work with a professional trainer who can adapt exercises to a baby boomer who has limited physical strength/endurance. The PGP Fitness Center is a very clean workout facility which has plenty of exercise equipment for someone who now has the time to focus on regaining/rebuilding endurance, strength, and conditioning. Loved the one-on-one trainer/student workout! Thanks! Karen Y."

"I've been going to Body Transformations for a little over a month now and I'm really happy with it. You can choose between group classes or one-on-one sessions to fit your schedule and budget. Anthony makes sure that your form is correct and that you're constantly being pushed so you get the most out of every workout. He also provides nutrition recommendations to complement what you're doing in the gym, and is happy to answer questions about it. Overall, I would highly recommend Anthony at Body Transformations to anyone looking for a personal trainer. The workouts are fun and even in just a month I can already tell I'm getting stronger!"

"Curt and Jared...What more can I say. I've been at this studio for a year and a half. The best alternative to going to regular gym. The workouts do not seem intense at first but they truly are. The main emphasis is on Core/Abdominal and Resistance training. Both trainers have their unique ways of getting the best out of you. Curt teaches his methods of exercise in a more laid back and relaxed approach, while Jared is more technical on form and function. Overall, I would recommend any one to join this studio to get the results you really want! "

"More than a personal trainer Adrienne taught me how to run but also shared with me how to be better to myself all in the context of having FUN! Wanting to improve my triathlon performance my main goal in working with Adrienne was to improve my running capabilities. She taught me form, cadence, pace work and in the course of our training my speed has improved tremendously. But she also taught me balance and peace. To be at peace within myself, to be as kind to myself as I am to others. Truly the best coach/trainer I have ever worked with!"

"Training with Nick is one of the greatest things I have ever done for myself. Since working with him I have become a personal trainer myself and can say without a doubt that he is among the best in the industry. He not only transformed my health, but taught me so much that I was able to pass along to my own clients. I've worked with 6 different trainers for extended periods of time to learn different things and Nick is the only one who takes continuing his education seriously. His wealth of knowledge will change you for the better. If your goal is fat loss, this is where he excels this most. Everything else I've tried has been a waste of time and money by comparison. I can't speak highly enough of Nick, the personal training industry needs more trainers like him. "

"I started seeing Kristyn for personal training sessions a couple moths ago. I've had chronic knee and shoulder pain for years. She was very knowledgeable and able to identify muscular imbalances and areas of overtraining that contributed to my pain. She's great at creating a personalized plan and actually listens to her clients, rather than plowing ahead with a rote set of exercises. I can't recommend her highly enough!"

"Carl is a wonderful trainer! This was my first session with him and I had a great time! I was kind of hesitant as a woman to be alone with a stranger but Carl is super warm and friendly! I felt that he really took the time to listen to me explain where my body is at. I’ve had pain in my upper shoulders for awhile now and was stumbling over my words on how to describe it. Carl was patient and attentive during my ramble and asked followup questions to get a better idea of what was the cause and where the pain was concentrated. During the session we used the equipment and went through a couple of different exercises that worked my shoulders. Carl would give me modifications if something didn’t feel right and made sure to ask me which part of my shoulder each exercise impacted. He even showed me some exercises I can do at home so I can continue to work on my shoulders outside the training room."

"Maryliah is an amazing personal trainer. I have been working out with her for 6 months, and my body and mind are so much better for it! She is a great coach: encouraging, supportive, enthusiastic. She customizes workouts to meet my goals, makes accommodations if I have an injury, and makes it fun! She focuses a lot on good form, which is so important for weight lifting. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!"

"Daniel is an amazing personal trainer. He works with you to create a diet that suits your athletic goals and pairs it with a work out to do the same. He always stays up to date with the latest health information in order to always have the best possible results from your work out. If you are working with weights he puts most emphasis on form so you do not get injured. All in all I have had a more than excellent experience working with Daniel and continue to do so each time I work with him."

"I started working with Dan after I could not get rid of 20 pounds that I had gained. For a year, I tried everything but could not lose a pound on my own. I was pretty frustrated by time I started working with Dan. I was comforted pretty fast by the fact that he is well educated and clearly articulates the process to his clients. Dan will ease you into an individualized program which yields more sustainable results. He focuses on nutrition, mechanics, and strength training. Dan is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with. I have worked in gyms and with many personal trainers over the years, but never got the promised results. Since working with Dan I have lost the 20 pounds, learned so much about fitness, and feel better about myself. This has become an important part of my lifestyle and self care. I strongly recommend Trainer Dan."
