Paul is an outstanding and knowledgeable trainer and nutritionist who I have recommended to many friends. He's able to create custom fitness and meal plans based on your personal goals and requirements. Before I started working with Paul I injured my neck and would experience a lot of pain after I did weight training. Paul was able to recommend physical therapy exercises to help heal my injury, and then he created a workout plan tailored to my body to help avoid inflaming my injury. It allowed me to meet my goal of building muscle without aggravating my neck injury. He also crafted a nutrition plan that worked for me, based on my dietary preferences and ideology. He worked with me to modify the plan and would check in with me regularly to ensure I was sticking with it. If there was something I didn't like about the plan he would adjust it so I enjoyed it more, ensuring I hit my goals.
Carole was so knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way during the 90 day keto challenge. In retrospect I can't imagine embarking on a ketogenic diet without the Carole's expertise. It's clear that it would have taken me so much more time and frustrating research to get the answers I needed for the specific issues that came up for me. WELL worth the price! I've worked out with several different trainers and coordinated with different nutritionist, but Ultimate Edge Fitness with Adam is the whole deal. He listened to my goals and through great motivation and years of practice he has quickly helped me attain goals I have been struggling with for years. He is very well versed in the fitness world and is always spending extra time explaining moves, or explaining why we are doing certain things. One thing that really resonated with me that Adam said is that being fit and achieving goals are often two different things - he was really able to narrow down what I needed to do differently to see the changes I wanted to see. I can't say enough about how great Adam is. Highly recommended!
Tasha became my personal nutritionist back in January 2017; when I made a goal to myself that I wanted to reach 15% body fat. I have been exercising and eating healthy since college but this last December led me to gain weight that is usual for me. My first week with Tasha was Jan 16, 2017 when I weighed 246.2 pounds and I have since lost 20 pounds as of March 20, 2017. Tasha is great at customizing meal plans that allow you to both cut calories and eat multiple meals so you never feel hungry. She is always understanding that life has unforeseen events such as social engagements where following the meal plan is difficult so she will work with you to help power through a potential situation where following the meal plan may not work. Tasha is excellent and I highly recommend working with her to get your diet/nutrition on point!
My first massage with Sherrie was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend her. Best massage I've ever had! Not only did she focus and relieve my lower back pain, she really took the time to get to know me and made me feel great and supplied me with some vitamins and some great nutritional information to take home with me. Jordan Fengler-Mondau was recommended to me by my nutritionist. I have been working with her for a couple of months as a personal trainer. I have mobility issues and had concerns that a personal trainer might not listen to me. I was very pleased that after my first workout, Jordan crafted an exercise regimen that has increased slowly and steadily, as I was able to do more. Jordan firmly believes in the HAES philosophy, and I wish more trainers and healthcare professionals did. She has never been judgmental and I've never felt any side-eye from her about my weight. We began with one workout per week but now, she comes to our home three times a week. Jordan is prompt every visit, bringing with her weights and other small pieces of portable exercise equipment. We do the exercises together and as hokey as it might sound, the time flies by because the exercises are varied and fun. I have enjoyed actually feeling stronger, especially the noticeable shift from three pound weights to five pound and now eight pound weights. Since we began our workouts, I've noticed more strength in my legs and she recently commented that she noticed more definition in my upper arms. If you are looking for a personal trainer that cares about her clients, look no further. Jordan is absolutely fantastic and I'd recommend her to anyone who'd like more strength or cardio in their lives. She always arrives in good spirits and as I said, she does the exercises with me so I don't feel like she's just passing time while I work out.

I've worked with Jill for about 5yrs. So it almost goes without saying that I'm super happy with how much she's helped me. I started out thinking I was just getting a personal trainer. But it turns out Jill also has to be a nutritionist & therapist too! She's helped talk me down off the ledge after some temporary setback, and listened to a lot of my random whining for entire workout sessions. I always feel better after both the workout and the venting. She's helped me more than I imagined with my diet. She encouraged me to track my food, and reviewed those logs when I’ve plateaued to suggest additional tweaks so I could keep burning fat. She's even offered up a number of personal recipes. And if I cooked more, I might pay more attention to them :) As I get older, I find that I often have a variety of aching parts. She's an expert at modifying an activity to help you get the most out of it without hurting yourself further. If you’re looking for some drill-sergeant type that will scream at you during a session, that’s not her. But if you want someone that will push you to keep you motivated, and will call you on your BS when you claim you “can’t figure out why you’re gaining weight” after a week binging in Vegas, then Jill is probably a good fit for you.
