I've had a few personal trainers in my day. Ben is the only one I've kept for more than six months. We meet weekly and he is consistently creative in our workouts so that I stay interested and strengthening all areas of the body.

I've come to the strong center since it opened. It's a pleasant private space. Those of us who are jocks can exercise without waiting for equipment to be free. Those of us who want to exercise without the embarrassment of displaying our out of shape bodies (me) get space, good equipment anda women's only space with equipment. The vibe is relaxed. There is a big yoga room for several types of classes. I'm reccomending David as the best personal trainer I've had in 15 years. He's as good as a Physical Therapist for injury rehabilitation.
Hannah is extremely personable. She's an awesome trainer and is extremely committed to her clients and her personal fitness as evidenced by her pro card in body building. It's not just a job for Hannah - it's a lifetime commitment. She's genuinely interested in my journey and helps me attain the goals I am looking for. The routines are varied to keep my interest up which keeps me coming back. I really like her as a person. Ryan is a great personal trainer. He is very attentive to not only what you are saying, but what your body is doing. From our first consult, he recognized weaknesses in my strength and mobility that I didn't know I had. His wealth of knowledge makes it so that you are able to target muscles through different exercises if you are unable to do certain ones. He gives you enough encouragement to complete your goals, without being overbearing. After our workouts, I feel satisfied that I have truly worked, and look forward to our next session.
I've been working with Nick for some time now. He's a great personal trainer who is personable, helpful, and above all, knowledgable. I mean, this guy knows his stuff! He has helped me realize how my diet and work-out habits affect my overall health. I've noticed a change in my body over the 12 weeks I trained with Nick (less fat...15 lb loss actually, more definition + more muscle...10 lb gain), but I've also noticed a change in how I view the food I eat and the way in which I work-out. I have Nick to thank for that. I also want to add that I had never had a personal trainer before - and I was quite nervous about getting one (the judgment, the guilt, blah, blah, ya know), but Nick has made me feel great; he is extremely supportive and understands my concerns without dismissing them. It was a true gift to find him! I'm glad that I found him! He's been able to help an average, timid guy like me gain some self-confidence while looking and feeling amazing!

I and my family (two daughters, husband and mom) have had Autum as a Personal Trainer during the last 10 years both in private and group settings. She is a favorite for each of us, from the youngest at 26 to the oldest at 96. She definitely knows how to personalize your training and to be a positive influence in your life. She is current in fitness techniques and has kept us from exercise injuries. She knows how to provide fun and variety in a workout. I have also used her for weight management accountability. She is easy to set goals with and a champion for you when you reach them. Knowledgeable, practical, delightful and a great partner for attaining and maintaining your fitness.
Working with Marti is an absolute delight! Marti communicates very well, she is always on time, and she works around my schedule so well! Anything I need Marti made it work. Marti provides effective workouts and food plans to help me reach my specific goals. My eating and overall heath is the best it's been in years and I honestly couldn't see myself going back to my old routine of inconsistent or unhealthy eating. I couldn't skip a meal if I wanted to after applying the meal plan Marti crafted and learning how to listen to my body when it comes to food. I wish there were ten stars to give Marti but five will do. If you're looking for a fun, involved, kind, intentional trainer, who even loves to bust out your workouts with ya, Marti is the trainer for you. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience!
I have been with Jamie for 6 months now and I couldn't be happier. She is truly a genuine person as well as a dedicated trainer. She takes initiative to get to know you and your goals so that she can create the best individual plan. As someone who isn't confident finding her way around a gym, I loved her home workouts as well as gym workouts and outdoor workouts. I have never done the same workout twice which is perfect for me since I get bored easily. Since starting with Jamie, I feel like I found myself again and she has given me confidence, strength, and a healthy outlook on life. She is simply amazing. - Samantha : )

Maryliah is always waiting for me at the front desk when I walk in with a smile on her face and words of encouragement about what a great workout we are going to have. We have been working on specific areas to build strength for the last year, identified during a thorough interview at the onset, and she is always mixing up the lifts and exercises so I never get bored. I have more than doubled my strength in one year and cannot wait to see what this next year brings. I highly recommend her as your Certified Personal Trainer.
Brandon was a tremendous trainer. He motivated my son to get up and do something. His training techniques and persistence created a mentality in my son that we could not produce at home. His prices were so low it urged ne to pay him more because the service we were getting was second to none. He has a way with his personality that creates a hungry environment to learn. Made my son excited to get up and go train. Don't pass him up. Good guy personally and a great trainer professionally.
Sheryl is by far the best personal trainer to work with if you want to achiever your health and fitness goals! I had a very intense, physical training coming up for work and Sheryl undoubtedly got me where I needed to be to prepare for this long term exercise. I had knee problems at the time and she expertly tailored our work outs to strengthen my knee without causing further damage. I know I would not have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I needed to be at without Sheryl's personal attention in our training sessions. She's the best!
When seeking a lifestyle change for the better, I knew a personal trainer would be beneficial. I was referred to Matt through an online search and I Couldn't be happier. When first beginning, we met up and discussed my goals and what I wanted to get out of it. He was very understanding, knowledgable, and non-judgemental. Matt came prepared with a workout routine that specifically fit my needs. He was also able to train me in the comfort of my own home (optional) while also getting me into an actual gym from time to time. Each time we met, he had all the workout materials (ball, elastic band, weights, etc) there and ready to waste no time. Matt was always flexible in finding a time we cold meet up in order to reach my goals. After having personal training sessions for a few months, I lost some lbs, some inches off my measurements and felt so much more confident in my own skin, as well as more confident with my exercise knowledge. If I didn't have to move last spring, I'd still be seeing Matt for personal training and I HIGHLY recommend him!!
Erica has been my Healthy Edge coach as well as my personal trainer. She is excellent. She is professional, knowledgeable, passionate about fitness and wellness, and a great motivator. She doesn't just teach the Healthy Edge program; she lives it! She practices what she preaches. I also attend her fitness classes, which are always excellent. I would recommend Erica as a Healthy Edge coach to anyone that is truly looking to change their life in a positive healthful way!
