The summary section of his reports provides my clients with much more information than your basic inspection report such as: The urgency of the repair, the level of cost, the best time to perform the job and possible repercussions if the item is not repaired or replaced. My husband and I are first time home buyers so the inspection was very important. I sent an email to Tushay Home Inspection from the website, less than an hour and/or 30 minutes Kayden returned my email and sent me a text message. This was a thursday. On Tuesday he was at the house inspecting it. Prior to his arrival I sent him a text detailing all of my concerns. He told me what he could and could not do. When we arrived at the home on Tuesday morning, Kayden was there before us and already working. We scanned every crack, crevice and closet. Nothing was undone. He explained everything to us. He went above and beyond. When we were done, we went back to the basement for another rough scan of the place. Kayden was so great that the sellers broker said he wanted to hire him or use him for inspections. Kayden is a first time home buyers dream. Very professional, extremely honest, he teaches you as he inspects. When you're done you are a well-informed and knowledgeable owner. When the inspection was over we sat in the car and spoke a bit about what we discovered. That evening, I got a call from Kayden he wanted to know if I saw the report. Talk about FAST!!! I would recommend Kayden to any and everyone looking for an inspector. I trust him. let me repeat that I TRUST him. He's is a genuine person and a really, really AWESOME person. Ron did an excellent job on our new construction home. He was on time and very thorough. He spent about 5.5 hrs when others would have spent 2 hrs. I like the way his report sheet laid out the items in color priority with photos. He caught things and the builder will be fixing the items before we sign, the roof, a build up of water, slope grades of gutters, and caulking around our sink, plus misc little things. I appreciate his hard work and will be using him again if needed in the future! Very reasonable. (I got 10 estimates total from others) If you are buying and building a new home, you MUST get a private inspector. Super glad we listened to this advice as first time home buyers.     My experience with Custom Touch Electric was excellent. They showed up on time to bid on my project and showed up on time to complete the work on my project as agreed. The change out and movement of my service panel took 2 days as estimated with all the agreed requirements being completed. The building inspector showed up the next day and after two minutes signed off the work. I will be asking them to bid on future work.
