Wow. My husband and I planned our wedding from Germany and working with Paul and Stephanie made planning actually fun! They were very professional through the entire planning process and worked with us to create a menu that spoke to both of us as a couple. Our guests said that it was the best catering they've experienced and on top of that Paul and Stephanie as well as their staff proved to be incredibly kind to us and our guests, even preparing a plate with food for my husband and me (as we were busy socializing w our guests) and also for a friend of mine who was busy with her 4 month old child. Lastly, we had to rent tables, chairs, cutlery and it was so easy to set that up through Paul and Stephanie. Thank you so much for just an amazing and unforgettable time and making the planning of our wedding such a stress-free experience. We're so glad to have found you!

Nola and her staff did such a fantastic job catering our wedding. From helping us plan to menu, providing a delicious tasting, answering questions about logistics and dietary restrictions, and providing stellar food and customer service to the day of the wedding, Nola and her team went above and beyond to make our day special. Our main entrée was fig balsamic glazed wild BBQ salmon with mango kiwi salsa. I wish I could make something this delicious myself, because it was amazing. Our salad consisted of organic mixed greens with julienned apple, shaved fennel, herbed crouton, and a really light but creamy bleu cheese dressing. They even made a separate salad with a different dressing for our dairy-free guests. The guest (and groom’s) favorite was our side: Beecher’s mac and cheese. So good! It was very stormy the day of our wedding, and a lot of things went wrong for us. Nola and her team went beyond the call of duty and helped out where they shouldn’t have needed to. They kept an incredibly positive attitude the entire time, conversed with guests, and helped reassure an incredibly stressed-out bride. The only complaint I heard from any guests was the portion-control at the buffet, but with a buffet we personally feel that was probably necessary. I had been concerned that people would take more than their fair share and leave guests at the end of the line with no food, and I’m sure that was the whole reason for starting out with smaller portions. I also heard that guests were invited to come back for seconds once everybody had been served, so I’m sure everyone got enough food. Overall, we were more than satisfied with Nola, her team, and the food. The food was everything we had hoped for, and the service was outstanding. We recommend them to anybody planning a wedding or other event.

Britta was beyond wonderful! We had a really hard venue to work with, with non responsive staff, making it VERY hard to plan. Britta went above and beyond with meeting us and helping us get everything worked out. She was always in touch and quick to respond to any emails or calls. The day of was even better! She made sure every vendor was doing what they were supposed to, she managed the entire day, and kept us both fully informed of anything important happening that we needed to know about. I've referred her to a friend, and I would refer her to a thousand more! Hiring a wedding planner was never part of my plan, but when I ran into issues and wanted help, she was there and jumped right in. I'm so glad my plans changed and I got to met and hire her! Best wedding decision we made!

We worked with Shelby for almost a whole year to plan our wedding. We were out of state for most of the time, but she was great with using Skype and keeping a timeline of tasks. We would have regular meetings to go over ideas or plans, but she was always available and answered in a timely manner if we had a question outside of our meetings. The most important aspect is that she really listened to what we wanted and the day turned out better than I could have imagined! Shelby made the whole process stress free and we didn't have to worry about anything the day of. I would highly recommend her for any party/wedding planning or decorating/designing needs.

I hired Eternal Knot after the person I originally had hired couldn't do it due to a trip to Korea. My wedding was small and simple at a state park on the WA coast. The ceremony was well written with a very nice appropriate quote, she sent it to me to review as promised several days prior. She was on time the day of and was happy to do what ever I wanted for the ceremony. Overall, I was happy with everything.

Working with Dana was a pleasure from start to finish. She helped my husband and I plan the "details" part of our wedding (primarily reception, but as the ceremony and reception were in the same place, she also had a hand in the ceremony decor). She was easy to work with and has excellent ideas about what will actually work during an event. Admittedly, I'm not great at turning a "vision" into a finished project for these sorts of things. However, I was able to tell Dana a look that I thought I was going for and a "feeling" that I wanted the room and event to have and she was able to turn it into reality. The amount of mind-reading wizardry that this requires is something I can only hope to one day possess (and really, I never will, but at least I know who to call when I need a hit of it). Dana was very responsive by both email and phone, and was able to gently lead me away from bad ideas without making me feel silly. She's also just a delightful person to be around, and always willing to lend an ear if you think you might be on the verge a mental breakdown. On the day of the event, she was there from start to finish and worked her tail off making sure that everything happened. I had let her know that by the time I was in my dress, I really didn't want to know what, if anything, wasn't going exactly as planned - just do whatever she thinks is best to remedy it. As far as I know, she did just that, because I didn't have to deal with any last minute issues and everything turned out better than I could have imagined. I would highly recommend using Dana for any of your event planning needs and won't hesitate to do so again should the occasion call for it!

Jannice is gifted! She literally made my vision a reality. And where I had no vision she helped me create one. Our wedding was far more beautiful than I could even imagine. Cassie is the queen of wedding coordinating. Because of Cassie and her expertise, the process of planning our daughter's wedding was stress free from beginning to end. Cassie provided service far beyond what we expected from a "day of" coordinator. She may be the most organized person on earth. We received timely e-mails providing monthly and weekly timelines, ideas, options. Cassie thought of everything! Some days we exchanged ten e-mails/texts. Once we had our vendor contracts, we passed them on to Cassie for managing. I never had to contact a vendor again. She made three venue visits with us and conducted the ceremony rehearsal. She coordinated absolutely every detail of the wedding day. Friends and family members remarked at how relaxed we seemed during the months of wedding planning -- again, thanks to Cassie. Her professional, no-nonsense approach kept us on track and prepared us to host the biggest party of our lives. On the wedding day Cassie brought two helpers, and they all spent at least eight hours working the event. When I arrived at the venue that morning, I asked Cassie what I can do to help. She responded with something like, "Nothing. Enjoy the day." :-) I truly don't know how families pull off something as important as a wedding without the services of a skilled coordinator. Of all the decisions to be made in the wedding planning process, our absolutely best decision was hiring Cassie!
