As a professional home organizer, my superpower is the ability to create functional, sustainable, beautiful spaces for my clients. I work extremely fast and am very reliable. Are there cluttered, chaotic, or impersonal areas in your home that you haven’t had the bandwidth or time to fix? Would you like help unpacking, packing, decluttering, organizing, and styling/decorating your home!? We have multiple AMAZING packets so feel free to text me for availability. If so, I’m your gal! I offer encouraging, non-judgmental coaching and protect client confidentiality. Plus, I work really hard. I love what I do and hope I can be of service to you. PLEASE NOTE- I have a strict 6 hour daily minimum. I require $100 deposit on all jobs. Refundable if you cancel after 7 days notice. Otherwise goes towards total. If you do not provide at LEAST 7 days notice, $150 late cancellation fee is due. I offer: Organizing entire home/office/garage/storage unit. Includes Decorating, winterizing home, and special events. I have a 6 hour daily minimum. I LOVE to work so let me be of service to you! I take trips to goodwill/recycle! Moving Jobs - I make moving easy! I will take care of everything for you. I will show up, pack your entire home, and give you a list of the contents. Another packer is available as needed. Packing supplies are additional. Unpacking jobs- Can unpack any house! Light Handyman work- Hang photos, install furniture, install shelving

I couldn’t say enough nice things if I tried. DeNena was such a relief to have in our home. We recently moved and I am 35 weeks pregnant. It felt like we were just barely getting by. She organized our entire home and unpacked anything that we hadn’t gotten to. She worked with incredible speed and efficiency. Would definitely have her back.

If you're considering hiring a professional organizer, I highly recommend working with DeNena! She is incredibly efficient, works well independently, and is very communicative. I needed help with organizing a closet and garage, and she managed to do it in just a few hours. She even helped me organize my basement gym, which together would have taken me days to complete. Denena was awesome! we moved over the weekend and my sister and I were feeling quite overwhelmed with all of the unpacking, we didn't know where to start, I chatted with Denena and she was able to fit us in the very next day, she swept in and in very orderly and efficient fashion was able to get our Kitchen and Living/Dining room setup, we now feel like we actually are in a home and can breathe again. We would have no hesitation for using her again, for anything of this nature in the future. Bottom Line, WE LOVED HER !!!!!!!

DeNena is basically a Mary Poppins in real life. She is extremely efficient and fast. I could never do what she did in less than 6 hours! She unpacked and stored all of the boxes, organized the kitchen and garage and took the garbage and donation out in less than 6 hours. She is also very friendly and has a great sense of of humor. She is truly a gem and totally worth it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat rate by the hour. There are no hidden or extra fees. Deep cleaning is included in the flat rate. I can also quote an estimated total price if you request that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather goals and needs from the customer and go over a plan with estimated hours. I follow up with the customer after the first service to ensure everything was up to expectations. If it wasn’t (which is very rare), I fix it!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I use my current 10 years experience organizing. I also use my 13 years experience in corporate America and applied similar business practices to my business. I grew up cleaning and organizing and read cleaning/organizing/packing books to obtain more knowledge to apply to my work.
