- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I am always looking to forward my fitness knowledge and education. I constantly am catching up on studies coming out of universities around the world to have the most up to date knowledge possible.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As previously mentioned I live for fitness and have been educating myself for years on different topics within it. I knew that I could share my passion and knowledge with others and becoming a trainer was the perfect fit.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common goals I help clients pursue are weight loss, muscle gain, strength gain, cardiorespiratory training, and/or event or sports related training.
