I have been going to Super Fit for 9 years and find it's a great place to keep your body and mind feeling healthy and strong. At 57 I can still ski, mountain bike and hike with my adult kids, I know its because of Super Fit especially the squats and lunges.The small group environment with the personal trainers keeps you on your toes and makes it more affordable.
Coach Williams has been a heaven sent, I have been dealing with injuries caused by my Army service for well over 10yr now I have tried a large variety of wellness and fitness plans as well as physical therapy to no avail. The pain stiffness soreness never seemed to diminish. One day I was looking on Thumbtack just really browsing and seen advertisement for a personal trainer, I figured what do I have to lose. Myself and my wife met with Coach William Z I really didn't know what to expect but he was extremely personable and I felt very comfortable with him. He has been working with me now for three months and I have never felt better he takes your strengths and makes them stronger he takes your weakness and helps you overcome. Thank you coach for allowing me to remember what it feels like to be pain-free. Extremely highly recommended.
Jessica is such a positive and caring trainer. She pushes you hard so when you're done you feel like you got a great workout in. She is also very knowledgeable about what foods to eat and not eat to fuel your body correctly.
Corbin had been my personal trainer for one and a half year, his excellent and positive ways of training really works for me, I have achieved a lot of things I think I couldn't do before. Even though now I'm training on my own but I still always remember what he said to me and it keeps me motivated!! He really knows what he is doing and work differently with each of his client and very good at targeting the main focus on my goals.
Dan is an excellent trainer. His workouts are tailored to my individual needs and he has an amazing ability to push my limits every time without pushing me so hard that I feel I can't do the workout. His workouts are different every time which is important to me as I tend to get bored quickly. He is very encouraging and I continue to see great results. RECOMMEND HIGHLY!
I have been with Jamie for 6 months now and I couldn't be happier. She is truly a genuine person as well as a dedicated trainer. She takes initiative to get to know you and your goals so that she can create the best individual plan. As someone who isn't confident finding her way around a gym, I loved her home workouts as well as gym workouts and outdoor workouts. I have never done the same workout twice which is perfect for me since I get bored easily. Brianna is fantastic. I came to her coming off a ankle injury. I was seeking a trainer who could help me recover quickly and help me become a stronger player for my upcoming basketball season. Brianna was the trainer I was searching for. She not only helped me recover and become stronger, but she educated me on new techniques and the importance of an athletes health.
