I've come to the strong center since it opened. It's a pleasant private space. Those of us who are jocks can exercise without waiting for equipment to be free. Those of us who want to exercise without the embarrassment of displaying our out of shape bodies (me) get space, good equipment anda women's only space with equipment. The vibe is relaxed. There is a big yoga room for several types of classes. I'm reccomending David as the best personal trainer I've had in 15 years. He's as good as a Physical Therapist for injury rehabilitation.
I've been working out with Keith for a year now & I love it! His workouts are never the same, therefore, in my opinion more challenging; I'm very happy to have him as my trainer and If you're looking to get in shape while having fun, Keith is the answer, come see us!!
I first approached my trainer from Varta Fitness about improving my performance in basketball. He quickly took me through the paces, introducing me to Olympic Lifts and teaching me more about plyometrics than I knew there was to learn! Their staff are friendly and super-knowledgeable; I would recommend them to anyone. :)
Chase is a great listener and does a wonderful job of putting together a workout that will fit your goals and challenge you. She is also very personable and fun.
Coming up to my first year as a client of Summit Strength & Conditioning and it has been absolutely the best decision of my life. In the past year I have gone from a size 24 pant to a size 20, I have gained a lot of strength and stability and just feel plain better about myself. My BMI has gone from 50+ to under 39. The staff has been extremely supportive and knows just how far to push you and never makes one do something that you aren't prepared to do! Thanks for new me that is still emerging and a lot more of me to come! I can't wait to see what is yet in store!!
I have worked with Courtney on and off for the past year for workout ideas, diet help, as well as a fitness coach and advisor. Regardless of what capacity you work with her in, Courtney is always optimistic, upbeat, and endlessly supportive - tremendous assets when trying to make difficult life changes! Another wonderful part of working with Courtney is that while she acts as a wonderful support system, she also holds you accountable for your choices and goals. If you happen to go off track (as we all do), her first priority is helping you get back on the path towards fitness and health. I couldn't imagine working with anyone who is more professional and extremely personable than Courtney. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone interested in making big changes to their health and fitness.
I came to Janine yesterday just for one session basic toning & sculpting guidance and she was so informative and helpful. She is so nice to work with and made me feel very comfortable. Once I get back from vacation I'm hoping to buy six sessions.
