Introduction: I am a music educator and performer and provide a wide spectrum of music lessons. I teach trumpet, classical and jazz piano, music theory, songwriting, music arranging/composition, drums, and I specialize in Afro-Latin percussion. In addition, I teach all woodwind and brass instruments. I hold a B.M. & M.M in Music.
Every lesson is customized to the students' goals. I maintain a positive outlook for all my students when learning music from me, so they to can keep music in their lives for personal enjoyment. Due to Covid-19, I offer online private lessons during this time. My online private sessions are at a discounted price to my private in person one-on-one private lessons. Health and Happiness is my number one priority.

Willie is an amazing music mentor. He has a true passion for music and a deep understand of music theory and production. He always goes above and beyond in his lessons and is extremely fun to work with.
I can’t recommend Willie enough! If you’re thinking about taking lessons with him, do it!! You will not regret it.

My son has trumpet lessons with Willie. He has helped him tremendously and my son really enjoys the lessons as well. Willie is a very talented musician and a great private lesson teacher.

Willie is technically strong, all his credentials and experiences speak for themselves. More importantly, he is a great tutor. He is patient with our kid, who at times will have negative attitudes. He never gets angry and is always encouraging. He is also friendly and open with the parents, always communicating and keeping them in the loop.
Overall just a real good person, we have been lucky to have him.
