Rosa's team did an awesome job. We contacted them on a Tuesday and by Friday they were here and ready to go. They went the extra mile by adding us to the beginning of their day, earlier than their usual start time. They told us they would be here as early as 0700, and were here and working by 0730. They did send us a text a little before 7 saying they would be a bit later than planned. It was a two women team, one who spoke enough English to get by, and the other who did not seem to understand anything we were saying. Despite the language barrier they were friendly and very professional in behavior and demeanor. They worked hard for 5 hours straight and got our 4 bedroom, 3000 sf house in great shape. They moved big area rugs and furniture to clean under them, they dusted every single item, even in my girls' rooms that are full of knickknacks, they make my granite counters shine in a way they'd never done before. They got rid of the nasty rings inside the toilets that have been there since we bought the place. This is the third cleaning company I've ever tried, and I've never seen anyone be more thorough. The rates are very reasonable; $25 per person per hour. It took them 10 man-hours to do the deep clean for my house, and they expect my regularly scheduled every-other week service will take 5 man-hours. $125 is very reasonable for such a good job. They also have a 10% military discount, and a 15% senior citizen discount. We qualify for both since my elderly mother lives with me, so my initial deep clean was $212, and my regular cleaning will be $106. Not bad for a huge house with 5 people and a dog! Besides the incredibly thorough job, they have a few other things that really sets them apart. 1) The "preferences sheet" where you can write down what you want for each room 2) The wonderful, non-toxic chemicals they use that smell really light and nice (my mom and I are both VERY sensitive to chemical smells, and these didn't bother us at all) 3) the easy way they handle automatic billing by credit card 4) The friendly, personal touch of a small, locally owned business with the professionalism of a bigger company with its own website, etc. The only thing that we thought might be improved is the way things got shifted. Items that were on the tub ended up on the sink, things on the mantle ended up on a windowsill, etc. It's not even really a complaint, just something we noticed that could be improved. Overall we were extremely pleased, and are so glad we've finally found a company that we want to use for the long-term. Thanks Rosa!

Josefina was very knowledgeable and gave me so much info compared to other companies. He also fit us into his schedule. He was late about 1 hr but I understand since it was last minute. He made it up to us by letting us borrow his fans to speed up the drying time. Carpet felt clean, but a little rough not soft after the cleaning. Overall, can't complain.

Tony and his helper worked hard to get my very soiled, (not cleaned for over 6 years time), light colored carpets as clean as they could possibly be under those circumstances. I'm now so happy to look at them without cringing.

I really needed some help on deep cleaning bathrooms, the kitchen (lots of stainless steel to wipe down, counters), dusting and vacuuming. Lynn and her husband did a wonderful and detailed job for us. They are professional, extremely good at what they do, friendly and courteous. I highly recommend N & A Cleaning Services.

Jeff was on-time, professional, & did an excellent job under the circumstances as the roof coating on our mobile home was in worse shape than we thought. We will be hiring him again this summer to do additional work on our roof

Paul has done a variety of work on my rentals and on my several personal residences over the past 20 years. He called my number by mistake in 1994, and it turned out I was looking for someone to build me some steps, so it wasn't a wrong number after all--it was a fortunate coincidence. He is skilled in every phase of construction, knows the code, and never takes shortcuts which jeopardize the finished work, be it plumbing, electrical, painting, or remodeling/construction. Paul knows what tools to use and that makes all the difference in time required to do a job and the quality when it is done. Paul has built two storerooms for me, rebuilt a porch, I've seen balconies he has rebuilt, he's installed linoleum in several of my rentals, laid tile, remodeled a kitchen picking out beautiful cabinets, remodeled several bathrooms, put in a jetted tub, repaired water damaged sheetrock, texturing/painting (he's done lots of that for me), repaired a water leak in foundation wall, found where windows were leaking and repaired them, installed dining room fans, redid the ducting and installed bathroom fans where there were none, switched out all the old interior doors for 6-panel doors, installed mirrored sliders, installed vertical blinds and window blinds, opened the stairway wall to facilitate air circulation, squared the exterior storeroom doors so they closed properly, replaced all the exterior locks, replaced the interior door knobs installed recessed lights, hid all the wires in the wall behind the TV, he's a master at making molding look great and fixing the weird spots so they aren't noticeable. The tile around my fireplace I love--it is marble and stainless steel tiles we found at Lowe's--he picked it out. To coordinate, Paul used stainless steel tiles again and burgundy colored glass tiles (from Lowe's again) for the kitchen. It coordinates so well. And that is one thing Paul has--a good eye for decorating ideas. He's replaced toilets, sinks, vanities, you name it. Once he found a pin hole leak in the bathroom wall behind the toilet that no one else had been able to find. I'm rambling here trying to recall all the various projects he has done for me. One thing where Paul has been a great help is acting as a consultant. When I had water in my dining room he was very helpful in filtering what the various contractors told me so that they could not take advantage of my lack of knowledge. He did the same with regard to slab jacking. Once [unnamed plumbing company] gave me a $3500 estimate to replace the pressure relief valve at the water meter, when I told Paul he steered me on the right path--the $600 path. He advised me when I had all the windows replaced in a triplex I owned. He did the same when I got a 40-year roof and new gutters. It is no small task painting a 3-story building and he supervised that too. Five stars aren't enough really. I've seen him manage a crew and I've seen him work alone. I probably left off some of the work Paul has done for me, he's my first choice for anything and everything to do with remodeling and new construction. It is too bad that my name and email are not shown with this recommendation because I would be happy to talk to you about the work Paul has done for me over the years. Since I'm an attorney, I can add, tongue in cheek, that I make this declaration under penalty of perjury under the laws of State of Washington . . .

Devin is an outstanding craftsman. We are installing marble tile in our bathroom; but don't have the proper tools or experience to bull-nose the edges ourselves. We hired Devin of DMJ Services. He did an outstanding job and completed the work in 1 day (54 lineal feet). I highly recommend him for bull-nosing tile, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him for the complete tile job. His craftsmanship is evidence that he has been doing this kind of work for many years. He does exceptional work!

I highly recommend Ken for any tile and stone work to be done. I had Ken Smith remodel both my bathrooms with marble tile, and installing granite counter tops. His craftmanship is world class, he's so easy to work with, and was totally willing to work with me to meet all my needs. He took so much extra care in installing all the tile, and the bathrooms came out beautiful, definitely world class work. I definitely could see in his workmanship the extra attention to detail and the time and care he took to make sure the tile is laid out in the most visually appealing manner possible. He listens to my needs and takes extra care to make my vision a reality. Ken is super easy to work with, and very accomodating. There are always road blocks, and problems that come up during a construction process. Everytime something comes up, he would give me a call and work with me to make sure problems are resolved. Ken finishes his work on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. I highly recommend Ken to anyone who wants their tile and stone work done.

Brian the owner of Boscati tiled my walkin shower in porcelain from floor to ceiling including a bullnosed marble slab for a bench style seat. He also tiled the bathroom floor including 4" marble baseboard. Brian's attention to detail and conceptual design is one of his greatest strengths. I am greatful I let him run with his experience and talent in this regard. He listenened to my needs and wants . He was always polite, on time and respectful of my home. I was at ease with him and trusted him completely throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him. A true rare find in this kind of business.!
