We believe in complete pricing transparency. After our initial consultation and detailed assessment of your project, we provide a comprehensive, written estimate outlining all costs for labor, materials, and necessary permits. We typically work on a fixed-price contract so you know the exact cost upfront, preventing surprises. We do not offer seasonal discounts, as we maintain competitive pricing year-round. However, we are happy to discuss value engineering options if you need to adjust the scope to meet your budget. We clearly detail our payment schedule, which is based on project milestones, not simply time elapsed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed for clarity and confidence, ensuring your project runs smoothly from start to finish. Initial Consultation & Scope Review: We begin with a free, on-site consultation to discuss your vision, budget, and timeline. Detailed Proposal & Contract: We submit a comprehensive proposal, including the scope of work, materials, costs, and timeline. Once agreed upon, we finalize the contract. Pre-Construction & Permitting: We handle all necessary permits and firm up material selections (kitchen cabinets, flooring, etc.). Execution & Communication: The work begins! We maintain a clean, safe job site and provide regular progress updates (e.g., weekly check-ins) to ensure clear communication. Final Walkthrough & Warranty: Upon completion, we conduct a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction. The project is backed by our workmanship warranty.
