Not one person stepped foot in our home that wasn't top of their trade and all very kind. Peter and Serjay were absolutely fantastic, and it's like talking to and working with friends, just really easy and incredibly communicative. 5.5 weeks later, and we are thrilled, and in my opinion, our house was a bit of a challenge, but they never complained once. Zach Sapir says, "We hired Innate for a full interior remodel of our home in Skyway including kitchen, two bathrooms, flooring, paint, deck, porch and some exterior paint work, and it turned out amazing!What really stood out was that they handled both the design and construction. We didnt have to juggle an architect and contractor, they guided us through everything as one team. Michael helped shape the design early on, making sure what we wanted actually made sense for the space and the budget, which saved us from going down the wrong path.They also took us to their showroom to go through materials in person, which made a huge difference. Instead of guessing from samples or online photos, we were able to see everything together and make confident decisions on cabinets, flooring, tile, and finishes. That part of the process made it a lot more enjoyable.The kitchen came together beautifully! The layout is more functional and just feels right. Both bathrooms feel like completely new spaces, and the tile work and fixtures are solid quality. The flooring, paint, and trim details really tied everything together and gave the house a clean, finished look.Like any remodel, there were a few adjustments along the way, but the team handled everything professionally and kept things moving without it becoming stressful.Overall, were really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely work with Innate again."See more
