Kat is very personable and comfortable to work with. She has a great attitude and is very encouraging when the going gets tough! I really enjoyed my time working with her. She not only helped me with my weight loss goals but helped me work through some particularly stressful things in my life. Kat has taught me a wide variety of exercises based on my needs/wants. She was very good at modifying certain exercises to account for my weak wrists and knees and ensure that my sore shoulder was not being strained. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone! She is a great teacher, friend and confidant.
I LOVE Meggie’s yoga classes! She describes the poses with great detail, helps with alignment, offers suggestions for alternate poses, pays attention to individual needs of the students, and sings/chants with the most angelic voice! I wish I lived closer to her so I could benefit from her classes!

Julies individual guidance provides an opportunity to learn new postures, to modify those already in your repertoire, to help improve your alignment, and to refine your meditation and breathing practices. In the course of private instruction, you will also gain deeper insight into the philosophy of yoga and its therapeutic properties
We offer classes in the Nia techniques as well as Amrit yoga and yoga fit. Nia is a one hour movement class that incorporates the wisdom of the healing arts, martial arts and dance arts. It is a great cardiovascular workout! We also build strength, agility, flexibility, stability and mobility in a class that encourages you to find pleasure and ease in all of you everyday activities.
