I’ve been taking Jeevitha’s classes for 2 months now and she has been an amazing teacher who helped me integrate yoga into my life. She has a very calm and patient demeanor that creates a very positive environment for learning, especially if you are a beginner. She is very knowledgeable, passionate about teaching yoga and plans classes very well to ensure that you’re making good progress over time. She is very sincere in her approach and shows a lot of care and attention to ensure that you’re doing each pose correctly and that you’re learning the right techniques to get the desired results and to prevent injuries. She strikes a good balance between yoga and mindfulness breathing, leaving me both energized and centered at the end of every session. I highly recommend Jeevitha to anyone who’s looking to learn yoga as a beginner or advance their practice.

I reached out to Manisha to provide a private class for a team building event for 5 people. She responded in a timely manner and communicated prices/payment options clearly. I really appreciate that she does a phone consultation to get an idea of what we were looking for and everyone’s comfort levels with yoga. Her flexibility made it easy to schedule a day and time. On the day of, she was very personable and friendly. We were all beginners and everyone had a great time. The flow of the class was easy and calming. She provided clear instructions for each pose and also walked around to help us adjust our bodies. She explained how each position affects certain body parts and muscles. It was fun and informative. 10/10 would recommend having her provide a private session for you and your friends!
