Paul and Stephanie were the caterers for our wedding reception this August. They did a really fabulous job putting together a menu that was perfect for a summer event. Their pricing was fair and affordable and they were receptive, friendly and conscientious. We'd recommend them highly!
On March 28th we hosted a "Breakfast at Tiffany's" Bridal Shower for my daughter with 25 attendees. We hired Nola's to handle the catering, provide support staff and assist with cleanup. Nola and her staff's involvement exceeded our expectations and the quality of service from beginning to end was incredible. The menu was perfect and very fitting for the "theme." Numerous guests complimented the gluten free and vegetarian dishes and were impressed with the beautiful layout and display. Nola's staff support (Kari Rae and Tarrahan) made each and every guest feel special, ensured that everyone had plenty of libations and food. They were so flexible that when the shower ran longer they were willing to adjust their schedules to stay the extra 2-hours for "clean-up" - everything was washed, dishes re-boxed and we absolutely had to do nothing but have fun with the bride to be. Guest comments included: "that was the most relaxed, enjoyable shower they had been to", "the food was delicious and beautiful presentation", the experience was over and above what they expected. Many guests wanted Nola's catering contact and were interested in hiring for upcoming events. Everything was timely, perfectly executed and nothing went wrong - we would HIGHLY recommend for any occasion (large or small) without equivocation!! Conny
Shelby was amazing to work with! Very flexible and the sweetest!!!! She did the all of my flowers (bouquets and boutonnieres) for my wedding! I loved them! they were exactly what I wanted! And I love how she incorporated my mom's lace from her wedding veil onto my bridal bouquet! THANK YOU SO MUCH SHELBY!!! :)
Chef Noah did an awesome job at my son's wedding reception. The stuffed mushroom caps were mouth watering and everything was delicious. The presentation was all thar I had hoped for. I highly recommend Chef Noah for your next event. E5.
Working with Mardes is great! Mary is so wonderful to with with. She kept me organized and extend the discounts she got as a vendor to me. Also, I love the designs she can't up with for my wedding they looked great and were in my budget. I would definitely use them again!
Dana was absolutely wonderful!! She went above and beyond what I expected. She had great decorating ideas and let me know about wedding needs that I hadn't even thought of. All in all just a pleasure to work with!
Ester is an absolute gem!! I loved working with her from the beginning. She was always on time, was organized and thorough, and had an extremely high level of professionalism. She knew the right questions to ask to keep us on track and was helpful with every aspect of planning. On the day of our wedding she was amazing! I felt so taken care of and stress free because I knew that Ester had everything in hand. I was a crafty bride and had many decor items and table decorations. Ester made sure that they went up without a hitch and looked beautiful! She checked in with me on a regular basis to make sure I didn't need anything, put a glass of champagne in my hand during the speeches and made sure we got plates from our cheese table. She dealt with a few behind the scenes emergencies too (there was a groomsman pants incident), that I never even knew about! Because of Ester my wedding day for me, my bridal party and my family was all about enjoying the day and having fun. My mom, who was at first skeptical about needing a coordinator, commented the night of the wedding that she didn't know what she would have done without Ester! I cannot recommend Ester highly enough!!

Wow! I cannot say enough about Amanda's help with the wedding. I started planning thinking a planner was just another expense that I didn't need on my plate but as everything started piling up and Mom started getting stressed about staying up all night tying flowers, I realized help might be a good idea. Amanda handled every hiccup with ease, and nothing seemed to frazzle her. She was the calming voice I need to keep from going Bridezilla. She had advice on things I hadn't even thought of and had problems handled that I didn't even hear about until a bridesmaid remarked how awesome my coordinator was for handling the situation. Amanda was above and beyond what I expected and I'll be using her for a bridal shower for a friend very soon!
Kim did an amazing job coordinating my bridal shower, bachelorette party and wedding day coordination. She made awesome invitations for my parties and had great ideas for the event. Everyone had a great time and I felt very special. She made sure that we went over exactly what I wanted and that all bases were covered. She took time searching for venue options when my wedding venue fell through and found a beautiful alternative that fit my needs and budget. I don't know what I would have done without her help!!!!!!!
John did an excellent job setting up sound for our challenging wedding, which took place on a ship but also required speakers for people standing on the dock. All in all people on the ship and the dock could hear everything, including our vows, the quartet and officiant. And the environmental noise was a challenge too. Definitely would use him again.
Karrie was my day-of coordinator and she was wonderful! Karrie knew exactly how I wanted my day to unfold and made sure it even exceeded my expectations! Karrie not only set up my decor the way that I envisioned it, she went above and beyond to fill in a few areas that I hadn't thought about. I don't know how she did it but everything looked amazing!! She also coordinated with my photographer to make sure I had photos of the venue and decor--something that I didn't think of ahead of time but am so glad to have now. Karrie was really amazing with the flow of the actual day as well. I didn't have to think about our cousin in the bridal party who was arriving late because she had a plan for him. I didn't have to worry about if our readers knew where they needed to be or what they needed to be doing be used she had a plan for them as well. I was able to completely enjoy the morning of my wedding, the entire getting-ready process, the ceremony, and the whole reception without once worrying about anything. Karrie made it clear to other vendors and anyone with questions that she was the main point of contact and that allowed me to have a stress-free and perfect wedding day! Not only did Karrie ensure that my wedding day was perfect but the entire process leading up to the big day was seamless, stress-free, and FUN! I always had a great time meeting with Karrie and she always made me feel less stressed about planning my wedding. From the beginning, I knew I was in good hands and, throughout the entire planning process as well as my wedding day, Karrie proved that I was lucky to have found her. Thank you for such a perfect day, Karrie!!!
I've never used thumbtack before but glad I found this site. Sheila went beyond my expectations for all of the flowers for my wedding on Saturday, May 31st. My bouquet was more than what I expect it to be & I was extremely happy! Sheila is such a nice & sweet person I knew she wouldn't let me down. My bridal bouquet, custom moh bouquet, 4 bridesmaid bouquets, I would say at least 10 bouts., 3 corsages, 4 amazing ceremony pieces, my toss bouquet & literately I think over 20 centerpieces!! All of that for 1 person to do??! She did such an amazing job! I will definitely recommend Sheila to all my family & friends!! I know I'll be contacting Sheila when I need flowers!!
