Then I reached out to Greener Cleaner, Robert immediately replied and scheduled an appointment on the same day. Jeffrey came to my home with very professional measuring tools and patiently explained the numbers, the issues he found and the solutions. He tried ruling out all the problems in 2 following appointments, from the outdoor unit to the indoor air handler. He even waited for an hour to ensure we have cool air after the final repair step. Robert was also very responsible. He had a follow-up appointment to check if everything is ok and explained the problems with more details. Most recently, I called Raptor Plumbing after seeing water coming out of the ground when we ran the kitchen faucet. I called on a Saturday and someone answered the phone, booked a visit for Monday, and gave me a quote same day for the problem (sewer drain had collapsed about 5 feet underground so became a multi-day fix). Although it was a much bigger plumbing issue than I had hoped, Grayson and team did a great job. Always arrived as promised (texted when on the way), spent the day onsite doing the work (not disappearing to other jobs), and worked hard to get the drain pipe replaced as quickly as possible. The Ready Rooter team was very responsive and came out within hours after contacting them - 8:30 pm! They confirmed with their power snake that we had a "severe" blockage approximately 25' downline. High potential for major work, as our house was build in 1946 and it is uncertain the kind of drtain pipe use and its condition. Team needed to return next day with power jet and camers to try and open blockage and determine status of sewer line. To eliminate any potential damage to our new kitchen, they did all work from the roof and outside. Fortunately, they were able to blast through the blockage, and we did not have to cut through our foundation to fix the line. High quality work, helpful and clear and in explaining situation, tidy and neat and respectful of our home. Highly recommend their services."See more
