Brian W. says, "Super happy about the responsiveness to my emergency. Tech was nice; totally kept to himself. Got in and out, quick and dirty in a little over an hour fifteen. It was a very tight workspace, so not an easy repair. But the bill was definitely higher than expected for not cleaning up the space or protecting the inside of the wall while sweating the pipe (torched/charred the inside of the wall). Again, happy about getting to my house quick and to get us all fixed so we can turn the water back on. Premium charge expected, but I also expect better care (to not risk lighting the house on fire) in the quality of the work at the premium charged for this job."See more
