Carrie Lillie-Lugo says, "We were happy as heck with the sales and service of the team from Ranger that worked on our furnace replacement. We had a nearly 30 year old oil furnace that we replaced with an electric air handler and heat pump. We had already received other quotes and were ready to go with one when we ran into Donny at the Tacoma home show. He convinced us to get one more quote from Ranger. He did a great job looking at what we had and making recommendations. He had the installation manager (?) Dominic come out and also make sure all that he recommended was correct and we ultimately had a great price for a really quality product. David, Michael and Joey were at the house on time both days that it took to complete the project - brought us space heaters to keep the house warm when we didn't have heat for a day - and cleaned up better than any crew we have had at our house doing work. At the end they walked us through each part of the installation - thermostat, filter replacement and the outdoor unit. We would absolutely recommend this team specifically, and Ranger as an HVAC company."See more
