Introduction: Get in and/or maintain shape and learn how to box with one-on-one personal training. A mix of boxing, track work, and resistance training is available to help you meet your goals. I am a local Olympic style boxer and have been fighting for 5 years. I am also a USA boxing coach. I have two boxing gyms we can workout at but other locations may be worked out if wanted.

I rated Nik 5 stars. His passion for boxing and teaching others is clearly inspiring. He is patient and positive. I have enjoed how much he goes above and beyond to work with me on new drills even after a class.

If you are interested in improving as a boxer, or starting from the beginning, I couldn't recommend a better coach. Nik has attention for detail, and the fairest price I found in the Seattle area for 1 on 1 training. He worked around my schedule just to make sure I could make it in the door, this guys a good dude.
