Introduction
After a short lived career in the NFL I have turned my passion for health and fitness to helping others achieve their goals. With extensive experience in functional fitness at the highest levels I can help you reach your goals whether it's building/toning muscle, losing weight, performance training, or gaining a healthy lifestyle. After going through many training programs as a college athlete and NFL pro I've gained vast knowledge on functional and dynamic movements and the science behind exercise. These compound movements are the most effective in building lean muscle mass and creating great functional strength that contribute to a healthier lifestyle and well-being. Also, pairing this with circuit training(or metabolic conditioning) is a very efficient way to shed fat and unwanted weight for greater overall body composition. This is a structured pattern of work and rest periods to turn your body into a fat burning state and burn more calories in a shorter period of time. Having the knowledge and experience in these areas of training has allowed me to help clients with many different goals of either building or toning muscle, or losing weight and better overall health. This is a very fun and progressive way to train and I will guide you every step of the way! I take pride in getting the best out of my clients and guiding them through their fitness journey. Watching them reach their goals and grow personally is one of the most rewarding feelings. I am obsessed with my profession and always looking to grow and gain more knowledge in the field.

I have had a couple sessions now with Victor and I must say, I have been very impressed. It is great being able to train at the gym in my apartment complex as I have a very busy schedule. Victor is very knowledgeable, attentive, encouraging and he actually makes working out fun! After each workout I am exhausted, but I love the physical challenge. I am already starting to see results!

I started training with Victor a couple weeks ago and it has been fantastic. Victor is very passionate, dedicated and very accommodating of different schedules. His workouts have been varied which keeps things fresh and is always attentive to form and safety with the exercises that we do. Victor is knowelgeable of different exercise types but is also challenging himself to learn and try new fitness and nutrition regimens to then impart that to his clients.
