- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A single 1-hour session is $60, discounted session packages are available as well. Group training is also available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with an initial fitness assessment to discuss your goals and expectations and go over some health and lifestyle questions. Then after a movement screening we will go through an introductory workout and get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a college athlete and my short time in the NFL, training with the Seattle Seahawks and New York Giants, I learned a vast amount of knowledge about functional fitness and the science behind exercise. After my sports career ended, I obtained my NASM-Certified Personal Trainer certificate and have now been training a variety of clients for 5 years now. I am an avid learner and am constantly researching and keeping up with current science.
