I started training with Victor a couple weeks ago and it has been fantastic. Victor is very passionate, dedicated and very accommodating of different schedules. His workouts have been varied which keeps things fresh and is always attentive to form and safety with the exercises that we do. Victor is knowelgeable of different exercise types but is also challenging himself to learn and try new fitness and nutrition regimens to then impart that to his clients. I have had a couple sessions now with Victor and I must say, I have been very impressed. It is great being able to train at the gym in my apartment complex as I have a very busy schedule. Victor is very knowledgeable, attentive, encouraging and he actually makes working out fun! After each workout I am exhausted, but I love the physical challenge. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?A single 1-hour session is $60, discounted session packages are available as well. Group training is also available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We will start with an initial fitness assessment to discuss your goals and expectations and go over some health and lifestyle questions. Then after a movement screening we will go through an introductory workout and get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?As a college athlete and my short time in the NFL, training with the Seattle Seahawks and New York Giants, I learned a vast amount of knowledge about functional fitness and the science behind exercise. After my sports career ended, I obtained my NASM-Certified Personal Trainer certificate and have now been training a variety of clients for 5 years now. I am an avid learner and am constantly researching and keeping up with current science.
