FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer two different types of training with two subcategories. The best value type is my Monthly Training Memberships where you pay a rate based on the number of times you can train each week. I also offer Training Packages which are more flexible from week to week but cost a bit more per session. From these you can choose to train either Privately (one-on-one) or Semi-Privately ( with up to two other people), the Private training is more expensive but is recommended for new clients so that I can adequately prepare you for the movements we will be doing. The Semi-Private training may be with 2-3 people who may be on different programs depending on their goals, but it is more affordable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've got a Bachelor's Degree in Cell and Molecular Biology and in Psychology. I feel the current certification services are 4-5 years behind current research so to keep up with changing trends most of my learning is Self-Directed from peer-reviewed research articles in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning and other resources.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I focus on Basic --> Complex barbell movements because they recruit the greatest degree of motor units and will give clients the greatest bang for their buck. With a firm understanding of these movements you will increase mobility, increase strength and destroy excess body fat. I have a superior understanding of biomechanics, which means I know how to make your body move both safely and efficiently so you can be both strong and safe.
