Yasmina was clearly the best choice for our couples counseling. She is very good at what she does and my wife and I have seen results from only a very few visits.
Larry is a pleasure to work with. He is a good listener who can deliver insightful observations and advice, always with a sense of humor, which is welcome during therapy.
I went through a terrible break up several months ago and didn't know where to turn. I was devastated and didn't know how to get through the days. A friend suggested that I talk with a therapist. Having never hired a therapist in my life, I booked an appointment with Heather. I am so thankful I did. I was able to find peace in myself as well as closure and clarity in my past relationship. I am now working on myself, which is so refreshing and rewarding. I would highly recommend Heather.
I have found Dawn to be an incredible listener. She is both perceptive and honest. Most importantly, she is extremely supportive. It feels very safe to talk to her.

My 25 years as a psychotherapist has prepared me for the intensity of personal healing work. I was trained for many years in Bioenergetic Body work, so I have an in-depth understanding of energy pathways in the body and in emotional release work. My training in object relations psychology helps me to track early issues in my clients, and Jungian psychology has helped me to facilitate work with the soul. Trained as an actress, early on, theatre work taught me the importance of ritual and ceremony. I hold high standards of integrity and the highest respect for each person with whom I work.

Psychotherapy is not easily described in 100 words or less. It varies depending on the personality of both the therapist and the client and the particular issues the client brings to therapy. My role as your therapist is to provide an environment in which you feel safe and secure enough to explore the thoughts, feelings and beliefs that are causing your distress. This type of work takes time. Short term behavioral therapy can be helpful and I will draw from these methods when appropriate; however, I have had many clients report that methods such as CBT never get to the core of what is causing their suffering. My experience as a client and therapist has taught me that deeper, long-lasting results are more likely to happen in the presence of patience and perseverance. ***Given the confidential nature of this work, I do not ask clients to leave reviews.
