During the quote, he even climbed up into my attic to make sure everything could safely be removed. He offered great suggestions I hadn’t even considered. Rob told me they’d start work at 7:00 a.m. and finish around 5:00 p.m.—and sure enough, he was at my door at 7:01 on the dot! His crew worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and hauled away all the trash. They even humored me by setting aside the metal for recycling and placing it on the curb. My African Grey parrot even liked him—and if you know anything about African Greys, you know how rare it is for them to tolerate strangers, let alone allow someone to hold them! By the second day, the lighting was installed, my ceiling was patched, and everything was made safe for my grandkids and pets until I decide how to arrange the new space after my floors are installed.
