Dennis did a good job installing our dishwasher. He was on time and adjusted well to the situation. We needed a longer water supply line to the dishwasher and he went to the store to pick one up. He was also very good in explaining and answering questions that we had. All in all a good job.

We had a roof leak that Brian and Paul traced back to it's source and fixed it. They were both professional friendly and pleasant to work with. At no point did Brian try to sell me on replacing the roof or a large swath of it as many other contractors do. I would totally recommend B&M and if I had another issue would definitely use them again.

I am so pleased with Danika Plumbing on Friday, July 13th :( we discovered that we had water pooling in our front yard. Danika Plumbing came out to assess the damage they had a small fee to come out and assess the issue. The fee was very reasonable. I was terribly stressed at what the plumbers were going to tell me needed to be done. The plumbers informed me the worst information I was expecting to hear that our water main between the street and house was leaking. Danika plumbing explained to me all my options and they varying costs. I chose to have the water main line replaced which was approximately 56ft from the street to the house. Danika quoted me a price that again was very reasonable for the job that needed to be done. The plumbers that came out were very honest with me about my options. Danika took a step above the rest and notified me that some previous plumbers we had out to fix a leak under our house that the other plumbers used very cheap materials. We had Danika fix the plumbing from the previous plumbers as well. We will definitely have Danika Plumbers back to fix other plumbing issues.

Simply put, Jason came out and installed a new water main to my rental house. Gave me a free estimate because he was in the area and was prompt in returning calls. Everything worked out great.

The hot water handle in the shower had fallen off while my kid was bathing. She was super shocked when the water spewed forth like a firehouse straight to her face! We shut the water main off and attempted to put the handle back on but for whatever reason we couldn't do it. Used thumtack to find a plumber. Joe's guys called and made good on the time they said they would be at my home (prompt, I like that)They did what I couldn't, were very nice and had a sense of humor which was great considering the job took 10 seconds to do! The pricing was good. The job was done. I have no regrets!

Other contractors wanted nearly $3,000 to replace my power-vent gas water heater. James helped me identify a suitable heater for $800 from an East Coast supply house - which delivered free - and installed it for $700 - essentially cutting the cost in half. He got the job done quickly and perfectly. It was refreshing to meet someone who clearly is not in business to take advantages of others.

Zane and Robert took a look at the problem and found the pipe that broke was the main water line to the house. They were able to find a couple options to solve the problem. They helped me make an informed decision. They put in a new pipe the same day. Hard workers and very polite.

Enrique is indeed good in installing gas water heater. He was on-time and did everything right from beginning and also showed true receipt of all parts. No gimmick. You get what you pay for is a guarantee. He also help cleaning after his work. He also walk through all post installation process without rushing and left parts which were unused. He helped to 1) buy a new gas water heater 2) install it 3) remove old gas water heater 4) post-installation steps and 5) cleaning .. He installed it today and offered anything goes wrong then give him a call for free repair. What else do you need as customer .. I will use him for future home projects .. no doubt.

I hired Aaron to repair a leaky pipe and replace the main water shut off valve to my house. He was on time, honest, and was fairly priced. Charged half of what some major plumbing companies wanted. Would hire him again in a heartbeat.

We had a previous contractor come in and not only waste a lot of materials, but destroy a potentially good tile job. Marin gave us a hard choice, to either repour a subfloor or level with concrete removal. It was worth it. His team came in, repoured, leveled, installed tile, and our new floor is PERFECTION. Not inexpensive, but the work is the best I've seen. We'll be having them do our bathrooms as we continue our remodel. Thanks so much!!!

This company came in and roughed in plumbing for a reasonable price. They were easy to deal with, punctual and flexible when it came time to work with my general contractor my crazy schedule and the City. I'll be dialing their number when it comes time to tackle the other plumbing chores I can't handle myself, like replacing the main shutoff valve...

Roberto was quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. He came out the same day as submitting the quote which was super reasonable! He was very polite and handed me his business card before coming in as a nice gesture to set me at ease. He even took off his shoes before coming in which was great because I can’t even get my boyfriend to do that! Roberto got to work and quickly found the problem while explaining what he was doing. He was in and out in no time at all and our drain is finally doing its job again. Since Roberto also does electrical, I don’t need to look any further to find a bonafide handyman here in Seattle! Bonus: he even cleaned out our tub before he left! It’s the small things that show you who the true professionals are.

Dan was awesome, I called him the day of in the afternoon for a water heater installation and he showed up in the early evening. I was missing a few parts and he still decided to stay and get the job done when it was getting late because he didn't want us without hot water so he got the part from Home Depot and returned to finish it all, he was such a trooper for staying so late and was just great. I'll be calling him from now on.

Our experience with the The Pipe Dr has been great! These folks are top notch service pros with every tool for the job. We've used The Pipe Dr on 3 occasions and have been more than pleased each time. The first was main water line install that we had 4 other local companies bid on. Each company made it out to be very complicated involved process and their bids ranged from $11k-$16k and was told it would take aprox a week to finish. When Josh and Trisha came out the first thing I asked was how long? Josh instantly said it would not take more than 1.5 days from start to finish. At this point we we're thinking WOW that will cost double. NO in fact when we received the quote from The Pipe Dr we called and asked why so cheap? We thought there must have been a misunderstanding? NO in fact Josh's response was "we can charge you more if it makes you feel better"? We have enjoy working with this couple and we recommend them highly.

We were in a pinch. The bottom fell out of our hot water heater and we and no water shut off valve on the tank so we had to turn off the water main. Chris was at our house within a few hours of contacting him. He was finishing up another job. He did a fabulous job and very quickly. His price was good and he was just a straight up nice guy. Highly recommended!
