Dawn Barnes says, "This is the second time I've reached out to Raptor about a plumbing issue and they've done a great job both times. Most recently, I called Raptor Plumbing after seeing water coming out of the ground when we ran the kitchen faucet. I called on a Saturday and someone answered the phone, booked a visit for Monday, and gave me a quote same day for the problem (sewer drain had collapsed about 5 feet underground so became a multi-day fix). Although it was a much bigger plumbing issue than I had hoped, Grayson and team did a great job. Always arrived as promised (texted when on the way), spent the day onsite doing the work (not disappearing to other jobs), and worked hard to get the drain pipe replaced as quickly as possible. I appreciate Raptor Plumbing's quick responsiveness, reliability, and straight-forward communication of the issues (they always provided pictures from scoping the drain) and pricing. After gathering several quotes, they were reasonably priced and seem very honest and trustworthy. The owner, Matt, came out to provide an assessment and estimate. He was super personable and responsive. Jake has done a fantastic job, really appreciate the quality and swift workmanship. At the end of the job, the city sent out the inspector to review the work. The city inspector made a comment about how impressed he was with their work and told us that, from his perspective, they did a fantastic job. I was grateful to hear that because it confirmed that we made the right decision to choose American Mains and Drains. Highly recommend and will be using them for future plumbing projects."See more

Tom Solberg says, "Drain stopped by roots. 6 feet from c/o to tank. Hydro jetting was offered for 930.00 dollars. The size head on the jetting hose would not pass a fitting. I was told he would be back with a smaller head and get to the roots with 5000 psi and cut them. Then I was told that the smaller head may get stuck in the tank baffle. So for 930.00 dollars I got no benefit. It didn't touch the roots. Maybe a cutter head on an auger would have been a better choice or a follow up. Now I will probably have another backup soon. Not happy. Thanks, Tommy new post... I would like to commend zoom drain for the great response to my post. Jeremy came out and dug up the baffle and cleaned the roots. Thanks and I would recommend them now."See more
