What was really amazing was I have called around to a bunch of companies and most of them all wanted to charge crazy amounts to come out since it was after hours. The man on the phone I think his name was Gordon said Zoom Drain do not charge any surcharge for after hours. He said that and I quote if it was on Christmas they would not charge anything extra (except for maybe a cookie or 2) and would be out to help me and my family with a smile and urgency to make sure that the issue we were having with our drains didn't impact our lives any longer then it already had. I will and have recommend Zoom Drain to people future. They are the best. Thank you Gordon you guys ROCK!!"See more
