Most recently, I called Raptor Plumbing after seeing water coming out of the ground when we ran the kitchen faucet. I called on a Saturday and someone answered the phone, booked a visit for Monday, and gave me a quote same day for the problem (sewer drain had collapsed about 5 feet underground so became a multi-day fix). Although it was a much bigger plumbing issue than I had hoped, Grayson and team did a great job. Always arrived as promised (texted when on the way), spent the day onsite doing the work (not disappearing to other jobs), and worked hard to get the drain pipe replaced as quickly as possible. I appreciate Raptor Plumbing's quick responsiveness, reliability, and straight-forward communication of the issues (they always provided pictures from scoping the drain) and pricing. What was really amazing was I have called around to a bunch of companies and most of them all wanted to charge crazy amounts to come out since it was after hours. The man on the phone I think his name was Gordon said Zoom Drain do not charge any surcharge for after hours. He said that and I quote if it was on Christmas they would not charge anything extra (except for maybe a cookie or 2) and would be out to help me and my family with a smile and urgency to make sure that the issue we were having with our drains didn't impact our lives any longer then it already had. I will and have recommend Zoom Drain to people future. They are the best. Thank you Gordon you guys ROCK!!"See more

After gathering several quotes, they were reasonably priced and seem very honest and trustworthy. The owner, Matt, came out to provide an assessment and estimate. He was super personable and responsive. Jake has done a fantastic job, really appreciate the quality and swift workmanship. At the end of the job, the city sent out the inspector to review the work. The city inspector made a comment about how impressed he was with their work and told us that, from his perspective, they did a fantastic job. They were super down to earth and spent time explaining everything with no salsey tactics, just straight forward, honest and looking to help. They went above and beyond to make the job fit our budget and performed work quickly and efficiently. The heat pump looks great and works amazingly. We are so happy we went with HTS and absolutely recommend them 10/10. We had a large local HCAV Co. bid a heatpump several months ago and HTS beat their price by a lot and after some research we found that the system we had put in with HTS was much better then what the other co. was trying to have us install.
