They attended to the issue less than a day after I reached out, which immediately set them apart. Ron, the plumber they sent, is clearly very experienced — he diagnosed and fixed the leak quickly and efficiently. Compared to other plumbers I've hired for similar problems, Ron was able to locate the leak with far fewer openings to the drywall, which saved me a lot of hassle and repair work. There was a small follow-up visit needed due to a minor issue, but even though the service had already been paid for, All Drain Solutions was very responsive when I brought it to their attention. Ron dropped by on a Saturday to take care of it at no extra cost, which really speaks to the kind of service they provide. He came out within the hour and quickly fixed and replaced my outdoor Bibb. Attached are photos of his work installing a new outdoor faucet, adding a shutoff valve and cutting and replacing damage copper piping"See more

Tom Solberg says, "Drain stopped by roots. 6 feet from c/o to tank. Hydro jetting was offered for 930.00 dollars. The size head on the jetting hose would not pass a fitting. I was told he would be back with a smaller head and get to the roots with 5000 psi and cut them. Then I was told that the smaller head may get stuck in the tank baffle. So for 930.00 dollars I got no benefit. It didn't touch the roots. Maybe a cutter head on an auger would have been a better choice or a follow up. Now I will probably have another backup soon. Not happy. Thanks, Tommy new post... I would like to commend zoom drain for the great response to my post. Jeremy came out and dug up the baffle and cleaned the roots. Thanks and I would recommend them now."See more

He was in and out quickly and was more than reasonable with his pricing. I will definitely call him again for any plumbing needs. He was also several hundred dollars less than Ready Rooter."See more
