I have had the pleasure of taking both one-on-one and studio classes with Gina. She is a phenomenal teacher and guide. Her knowledge of our physical body is extensive and because of this she is able to convey both how and why accurately embracing our poses is so important for the longevity of our physical practice. More importantly however, in Gina's incorporation of the ethereal portion of yoga. Though her classes are difficult, she reminds us that yoga is so much more than exercise. Breath, awareness, stillness and connectedness are all intertwined in her practice and you leave feeling something more than just a workout.

I had a wonderful session of Yoga Nidra with Krystina. It was my first time trying this type of yoga and I enjoyed it very much. It was calm and relaxing. I plan to start using it as my everyday method of meditation. Krystina was an excellent teacher and I would definitely use her again.

Chris is an amazing teacher! I have been attending her yoga classes for several years now and I find her instructions very easy to follow and very motivating. She is very patient with her students and she is great at encouraging everyone to focus on their body in order to get the maximum benefit from the class. She is always professional and punctual. She keeps everyone informed of the schedule and the cost of her classes are very reasonable.

    Crissy has taught me Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. Hatha is the basic entry level yoga, Vinyasa more advanced, and Yin a slower and deeper stretch. Personal favorites are Vinyasa for a good exercise/sweat and Yin for when I'm feeling tight in the hamstrings / lazy. She is very hands-on, outgoing and friendly, and overall excellent teacher who knows the sanskrit words and proper technique/alignments. The downstairs residential room is great for small and private sessions. Very conveniently located in Woodinville. Highly recommend.

    I sought a yoga instructor with patience and humility. Lalainya is definitely patient, understanding, positive, & non judgmental. There are other instructors who expect you to be at a certain level of understanding already. As a new student, I find that she is not only understanding but also open to ideas. She welcomes questions as an opportunity to enlighten and share relevant thoughts about the integration of yoga in your overall daily life. If there is any position not held correctly, she will let you know right away. If you seek a knowledgeable, but humble instructor, you will not be disappointed when working with Ms. Rawlings. She listens to your needs, respects/acknowledges your limitations all while encouraging your exploration of self awareness and unlimited potential. This is only my experience and I'm pleased with the results. You will be, too.

    I love yoga with Cecilia. She really takes the me to vary the classes they seem different every time. And she also tries to customize lessons to work on your preferred focus areas.

    I am new to yoga and Meagan is great. She really made me feel very comfortable with her clear explanation and friendly down to earth nature.     Suzanne is a one of a kind yoga teacher that delves deeply into the meaning of what she teaches and believes in. She always has the time and compassion to work with those that desire to understand how yoga can improve their lives. I was a student of hers in Maine for about 4 years. We were all so sorry to lose her to Seattle!!

    I decided to ask Pam for private yoga lessons after suffering lower back pain and shoulder tightness which was presumably caused by my 40 hr/week desk job. I am a novice yogi, and Pam took the time to listen to my goals and concerns about my body. Pam communicated in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident that I would achieve these goals for myself, and she made me excited to start practicing more advanced yoga techniques.
