Love working with Kirt! He listens to your goals and what’s going on with your body (which lots of trainers ignore). He’s so good at explaining things, he uses great analogies that help me understand how to do things. As simple as him saying “go to the pocket” when explaining chainsaws, helped it click in my head! Kirt helped me this past July when I told him I had 21 days to fit into my bridesmaid dress (which was like two sizes too small) he told me it was a piece of cake. I had doubts, 2 sizes in 21 days? But two weeks into it that baby zipped up with no problem!!!! He didn’t have me doing outrageous workouts, excessive cardio or have me alter my diet. He’s so knowledgeable and knows exactly what works/what to do to get to your goals. I will forever recommend Kirt to anyone looking to change their life and body!

My name is Jeffrey and I’ve gone to a few trainers in my life time. I’ve always found though that most trainers kind of have a preset training routine even if it isn’t fitting to what you yourself NEED. Working with Kirsten (or Kirt as he introduced himself to me as), he was able to meet me where I was at. I told him I had issues with my lower body and he was able to pinpoint muscles that would better support my daily living and we did a simple but effective workout. The next morning I woke up sore in places around my quads, my hips, and my abs that I’ve never had sore before which Kirt was able to reassure was because they were muscles that weren’t activated before. On top of that, he was kind throughout our workout and was able to demonstrate any exercise I needed clarity for multiple times when he realized my form was lacking. He explained the function of each muscle and how it would better my overall body function in simple terms that any person could understand. Overall, I cannot recommend Kirt enough and I look forward to getting another session in with him soon.

Kirt is by far one of the best trainers I’ve worked with. He goes above and beyond to find the perfect routine that fits your lifestyle. He is very professional I feel very safe in his presence, he always checks on you during workouts to make sure you’re comfortable. He doesn’t only support your physical health but also checks in on you on a mental and emotional level to make sure you’re feeling well in all aspects. I highly recommend him he comes with great energy and is always striving to give you the best results.
