I'm an accidential landlord. I don't know what to do. Jake and really everyone at Checkbox were very patient with me, lol. I ask a lot of questions. They never made me feel like a pest. Poor guys answered all those calls and emails : ). But they got great tenants, and I never heard about any problems or anything, just got my profit wired to me every month. They make it easy. Great group of people, seriously.
