Waterloo yoga meets on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:00 pm or Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 6:20-7:20 am in the beautiful Mode theater at 121 South Monroe Street in Waterloo,Wisconsin. The Waterloo yoga studio provides mats, blankets, straps and blocks. Wear loose fitting clothing and come join us in a relaxed atmosphere. Classes are ongoing and new students may start at any time. The instructor has studied and practiced the Iyengar method of Hatha yoga since 1981 and has been teaching since 1995. Classes have been offered in Waterloo since April of 2008 and range in size from 2-10 students.
I can not explain how great her classes are. She's one of the most complete yoga teachers I've had. She eases into the poses, which is great to prevent injuries, but also when you're not warm yet. I just love her!
