Liberty possesses a unique ability to teach basic skills, as well as the ability to create high level programming specific to each individual athlete's needs. He has extensive knowledge in functional body weight exercises, Olympic lifting, movement, yoga and nutrition. I've been impressed not only with his emphasis on technique, but also with his focus on movements and exercises designed to increase mobility and alignment, and prevent injuries. He has extensive experience in working with people of all athletic abilities. If you are looking to push yourself and have fun, I highly recommend training with Liberty Hodges.

    This past November on Monday nights, I, for the first time ever, started to attend yoga classes with Steph as my instructor! Steph is truly an amazing yoga teacher! As soon as I get to class my stress level drops after the crazy day I have had and as we get started I know the next hour or so is going to be the best, most enjoyable part of my day ☺️ I haven't really taken yoga classes before, but Steph does an incredible job of showing you and helping you get into the perfect position for each and every single pose you do. I have only taken classes on Mondays this past month, but feel like I have learned so much! I also am already feeling like I am noticing some of the benefits of yoga including increased flexibility and strength, along with improved breathing, and better posture. Not to forget to mention that I think it has and will continue to be so great for me post ACL and meniscus surgery. I look forward to continuing taking classes with Steph and seeing more positive results from yoga in the future! I highly recommend her to anybody looking to start or continue the amazing practice of yoga 🙏🏼 Steph is the best and has studied and done yoga all around the world and continues to do so, which makes her the best yogi and yoga instructor ever 💙💙💙

    I have been training with Shana for over a year now. She's an awesome trainer and really makes the workouts fun and entertaining! She continues to come up with new exercises and it's a great balance between weights, cardio, core work and some yoga. I would encourage anyone interested in getting fit or increasing their endurance to signup for some PT sessions.

    Krystle is a knowledgeable and fun teacher. She is supportive and friendly and helps students feel confident and secure in their practice, whether it is for yoga or a belly dance class. Krystle takes the time to show and explain to students the proper way to do poses and moves to keep them safe and also what the benefits are instead of just expecting them to do as they are told. She lets them know how what they are doing effects the body.

    Waterloo yoga meets on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:00 pm or Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 6:20-7:20 am in the beautiful Mode theater at 121 South Monroe Street in Waterloo,Wisconsin.
