I have one-on-one strength training twice a week. Kevin varies my workout and he is always encouraging. I like how he pushes me to do better while always checking in to see how I am doing. He is also very good at checking and watching my form so I do things correctly. He is ALWAYS on time and communicates well if he needs to make changes with our schedule--I very much appreciate it.

I have been training with Lukas for over 4 years. He provides excellent training and nutritional information. He pushes me to work hard and also provides modifications for my physical limits. He has helped me to develop better habits that make me feel good about myself and he reminds me to make ME a priority. LM Personal Wellness provides flexibility with my forever changing schedule and the private in home workout space is FANTASTIC. I highly recommend this service!!

Liberty possesses a unique ability to teach basic skills, as well as the ability to create high level programming specific to each individual athlete's needs. He has extensive knowledge in functional body weight exercises, Olympic lifting, movement, yoga and nutrition. I've been impressed not only with his emphasis on technique, but also with his focus on movements and exercises designed to increase mobility and alignment, and prevent injuries. He has extensive experience in working with people of all athletic abilities. If you are looking to push yourself and have fun, I highly recommend training with Liberty Hodges.

I have been training with Shana for over a year now. She's an awesome trainer and really makes the workouts fun and entertaining! She continues to come up with new exercises and it's a great balance between weights, cardio, core work and some yoga. I would encourage anyone interested in getting fit or increasing their endurance to signup for some PT sessions.

I've been a personal training client with Jo for over two years (usually doing co-sessions with a friend) and always really look forward to the sessions (on average once a week). She has helped me recover from back and hip injuries successfully and I trust her expertise in rehab protocols completely. For the regular training sessions, she always knows just how much to push without making the whole experience unpleasant! In fact the sessions are lots of fun and filled with good humor. I've recently started attending Qi Gong at her suggestion and love that as well. I highly recommend her.
