    1. We "fix" youth athletes ages 11 and up. Growing pains, back pain, knee pain... we can show you why it's there and how to make it go away. 2. We also work with adults, and often work with people who need very precise alignment; Post-injury rehab, post-physical therapy - we are that next step to stay pain-free and get back to the activities you love. We customize plans for each individual, utilizing types of movement that will be effective and that the client will enjoy! 3. Yoga that emphasizes strong, mindful movement, breath, and strengthening one's focus to release tension bound in their body.
