- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Premium and Professional Services and our prices reflex the work that we provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In most cases we like to meet the customer in person and provide a free estimate, however we value our customers time and know that is not possible all the time, so we do our best to discuss in detail with our clients what they need done. For example "would this be a regular maintenance clean or do you need a deep cleaning?"
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff is trained in Customer Services, House Cleaning and we are also a member of the American House Cleaners Association.
