- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been around fitness and sports my whole life. It was a natural decision and one of the best I've made in my life. I broke my back in a snowboarding accident and while on bed rest got into learning more about training and how the body works. It's been a great journey and introduced me to some of the best people I have had the pleasure of knowing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Personal Training, Nutrition Counseling, In home/at gym workouts, Life Coaching, workout planning and meal planning.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find a trainer that you feel comfortable with. If you are not comfortable with your trainer, you wont feel comfortable in your workouts. If you feel comfortable you will be motivated and want to push yourself.
