I love Janet's classes. I live out of town but whenever I'm there I get to as many classes as I can. She knows her anatomy which is important for yoga and Pilates. She provides a variety of levels during classes so we can do what we can and then work for the next level. Her classes are professional and fun. I really enjoy. her paddle board class too.

Very Impressive Web-wsite
I’ve had Kristin as my yoga instructor for the past 2+ years. She pays attention to her students (beginner to expert), providing individual instruction and alternative poses to instill confidence, prevent injury and challenge one’s personal yoga practice. Kristin’s pose selection during class is progressive, meaning she warms us up well before doing longer pose holds. Her encouragement and friendly/welcoming demeanor keep her students coming back to her classes. I really appreciate how caring Kristin is and how she takes the time to answer questions and interact with us, especially at the end of class. I highly recommend Kristin as a quality, thorough yoga instructor to start/enhance your personal yoga practice...I’m grateful she is mine!

Silvia started the yoga journey in 1987 through an inspiration. A car accident moved her to study and teach integrative yoga therapy in 2001, and later, a work injury inspired her to study structural yoga therapy and massage therapy focusing on acupressure massage and orthopedic massage. In 2014, Silvia created a yoga center with a variety of classes and offers different therapeutic modalities for healing or your well-being. I became a yoga teacher and therapist to help people transform their lives, and I wanted to see you accomplish more than you can on your own. I will design a wellness plan that will motivate and help you archive your goal.

We focus on breath, balance and being. At Asana Mindfully Yoga Studio LLC, Melissa Rosenquist teaches more than just an asana flow practice because yoga is a lot more than just a series of physical postures (asanas). Melissa applies a careful yoga approach to bring out the best in one's total self. Breath, Balance and Being Philosophy: Breath is so very important to cognitive and physical well-being, but generally, people do not realize how shallow they breathe or how often they hold their breath during a day. Becoming aware of the breath will aid a person to change that. Emotional and physical balance is important in yoga, and that balance is implemented to the rest of a persons life off the mat. Keeping a sense of being is how I refer to a persons sense of self-awareness. We all could stand to take better care of ourselves; however, we need to pay attention to what our minds and bodies are telling us, to be able to supply ourselves with a better sense of complete wellness. A number of us float through our day without really paying much attention to our minds or bodies, or how or why we do some of the things we do. Through a better sense of being, we can travel through our lives with intention, taking an active role in our lives, and wellness, instead of just passively letting life to happen to us. I believe that binding together breath, balance and being is a crucial step on the path of overall wellness.
