Introduction: I have been in several accomplished bands and have written close to a thousand songs. I love to share my knowledge, enthusiasm, and shortcuts to attentive beginners of any age. Experienced in all aspects of modern music making, I engage students with a "big-picture" learning style that simultaneously and easily teaches the guitar, percussion, and vocals, and I always let the students decide what they want to learn! The guitar is made easy and fun. For more involved music makers, I offer songwriting assistance and instruction. As a bonus, I guarantee that I can make anyone, no matter how horrible they sound now, into a great singer quickly! My rates are reasonable, and the time spent is memorable.
